    Furnace maintenance

    Excellent service, very thorough and very prompt. The same young man Adam Walker has maintained our furnace for two years in a row and we will request him again next year.

    Water Heater

    My technical service guy was Joey D. #0977. Our water heater went in the middle of the night and flooded our basement. We called Reliance at 7:00AM and Joey was at the house in 10 minutes.....wow what a relief. He removed our old water heater and installed a new one quickly and professionally within an hour. Joey was extremely professional and definately knew his trade very well...a true pro. Thanks Joey.

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace began showing problems with a rattling sound and burning smell coming from the vents. I called Reliance and a quick, convenient appointment was scheduled (I am under their maintenance plan). John was the technician that was assigned to my case, and I was so pleased with his work, the customer service he provided me, and his fantastic professionalism. My appointment was scheduled in the window frame of 4-8pm. I had made a request with Reliance for the technician to arrive about 10 minutes after 4pm (if in case he could come closer to the 4 o'clock time frame) because that's how much time I needed to get home from work. John worked with my schedule. He arrived a few minutes earlier to my house, but he patiently waited and gave me a courtesy call to inform me he had already arrived. I was on my way home and told him I would be another 5 minutes. He gave me no problems or grief. He gladly waited. Most places would not bother waiting the extra 5 minutes, and thus you would need to reschedule another appointment. I was very happy about this because I needed my furnace fixed right away or I would have been without any heat at this time of the year! I am so glad John has a heart and took this into consideration. John diagnosed the furnace problem quickly and efficiently, and explained what was going on with my furnace. He needed to order a motor circuit board in which he obtained the next business day and returned to my home to install and complete the repair of my furnace. He was done in about 1 hours time! My furnace was fixed - no noise and no burning smell! Very pleased with Reliance customer service (with each inquiry I had), and of course with John who was my service technician. Thank you John and Reliance! John is a great asset to Reliance. Any future repairs, I want John to do my work! P.S.-He wears shoe covers :)

    Maintenance check on furnace/ac

    Reliance donated a gift certificate to provide a maintenance check on a residential furnace and central air conditioner for a fundraiser at our church. That in itself was generous and very much appreciated by our church community. I was the successful bidder for the gift certificate and contacted the company to come and do the checkup at our home. Connie the person who took my call was helpful in setting up an appointment at a convenient time for us. The technician, Mr. Rick Westgate, was very professional and went well above and beyond what I had expected. He not only did the check, but walked me through the process explaining what he was doing and what he was looking for as he went. He had me look at the components of the furnace along with him as he checked them. Rick suggested a small change to our furnace to make our air exchanger work more efficiently. He also explained that I should be cleaning the outside vents for the air exchanger and how to do it properly, which was much appreciated. Dealing with such pleasant people as Connie and Rick made my experience with Reliance excellent.

    maintenance check and furnace not working

    He was on time with the service and he even gave some advice on our furnace. We have had this service for a very long time and are very pleased with reliance!

    Water Heater

    I am a very satisfied customer with Reliance Home Comfort today! I went to take a shower and notice that I did not have any hot water. I went to the basement and noticed that my Water Heater was leaking in the furnace room and onto the carpet. I called Reliance immediately and a technician by the name of Eric was here to install a new water heater in less than two hours by the time I called, to the time he was finished. He was extremely polite and was very professional. I am even more impressed because I have a family christmas at my house tomorrow and now I am worry-free. Thank you Reliance and the 24/7 guarantee!!!

    Furnace replacement plus a/c addition

    I called to report that our furnace wasn't working. A tech arrived in just over an hour and gave us the bad news that it would need to be replaced (23+ years old). Zuzanna Boyle came out that afternoon and lead us through all the options, answered our many questions and was a great help (and a very nice lady to boot!). The install crew came out the next morning and were very professional. All work was completed efficiently. They explained to me everything they were doing and cleaned up well afterwards. After our initial horror when we got the news that we needed a new furnace, the team made the whole experience rather painless. Thanks for the great service!

    Furnance air conditioner estimate

    The individuals were knowledgeable courteous and friendly. The provided me with the facts and suggestions for improvements. No pressure tacit were used. They notice my current furnace needed repairs and called up for service. It was a good experience.

    Replacement Water Heater

    We were unhappy when we were told we wouldn't get the heater repaired until the next day, but then the service man (Mike) came at 7.15pm the same day the unit failed. He was very courteous and very efficient and left the work area clean and tidy. So we were very happy with the service in the end.

    Humidifier broke

    called Reliance and the very next day Adam was here to repair it! The company is great, and the staff are very helpful, courteous and honest! When I asked Adam if I should repair the humidifier (at $125) or buy a new one (for $300) he honestly replied "repair it". I loved the fact that he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need.
