    Happy with Service

    We are happy with the service Reliance Home Comfort provided for our hot water tank,however, we were little disappointed that was a repeat for same repairs. The technician did take care of ordering new part for resolution. The only thing we are not sure of and they didn't mention, was if this was being covered at our cost or if we are getting invoiced. Otherthanthat, the service is great!

    Air Conditioner Repair by Paul C.

    We had a new Air Conditioner installed in our home. Following the first installation, we encountered some issues with the unit. It was not cooling our home effectively and was extremely loud. Upon multiple inspections by several Reliance service employees, Paul C. arrived at our home with the task of replacing the defective unit with a new one. We were thoroughly pleased by Paul C.’s professional service. He worked very efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service, wearing shoe protectors in our home, providing us with a cover for our new unit, and all warranty paperwork; integral details overlooked during the initial installation process. Paul C. was exceptional and we recommend him and his work with enthusiasm!

    Hot Water Tank

    We called Reliance Home Comfort to service our hot water tank, and found their prompt reply was great. They service our needs to repair the issue,and would recommend them to family and friends!!

    A/C

    When we got home from our vacation we noticed A/C was in need of repair...and very hot inside our home. From calling Reliance Home Comfort, they arrived within 1.5hour to repair our A/C. We are very satisfied with their service, and is why we have the Whole Comfort Package for any future services!

    A/C

    We had our A/C services with Reliance Home Comfort few weeks ago. We were surprise how promptly they arrive to service, as was very needed. They were professional and got the job done. Thank you!

    moving my rental hot water heater

    so we wanted Reliance to come move our Hot water heater...to make more room to renovate downstairs bathroom...they said they'd come look on a Wednesday between so and so and so and so...called to rebooked on Thursday between so and so and so and so...tech shows up and says he'll have to come back Saturday between so and so and so and so to do the 3 hr job...recommended a new better upgrade that will have to be vented outside the house instead of through the existing chimney...Saturday comes and they again have to reschedule for Monday(wife's very mad at this point because she's had to be home for the non visits)...Monday comes, different tech and he botches the job...drills a figure eight in the wall, missed on his first drilling I guess, promises to go and return from the shop with foam filler and a cover that will entirely cover the figure eight mistake...wife notices a light in daughters bedroom, tech drilled through the floor joists from basement into my daughters room, wrecking floor trim and laminate flooring...oh and the tech NEVER CAME BACK...we phoned three four times, and eleven days later their local manager calls back and leaves a message(on a Friday) that he is AWARE of the damage...and the tech has still not returned from the shop...fifteen days and counting...not happy...

    Insurance

    I have been paying insurance for 2 years so I can have peace of mind incase something happens to my Air Conditioning/Heating system. When I did have a problem, Reliance tells me that they don't touch my High Velocity System!! Well then why did you take my money for 2 years? Why did you not check what system I have before you took my money? How do you think it feels to have insurance, need help on a record hot week, and then be left in the cold? To top it all off, I get charged $89 service fee, and $1800 for a crappy used circuit board in a stapled plastic bag on my doorstep with no signature, that anyone could have taken! I had to spend so much time getting this rectified, all for nothing! . Very dissapointed! (I had to find another independent company to help me, thank God for them).

    Protection Plan

    AC stopped working hottest day of the Year. The repair went great and the service man was excellent and professional. Issue was that the call was made on a Friday an appointment was scheduled for the following day. I received a call just before the 3 hour window that I was waiting for the repair man to show up was about to close to say they were over booked and I would not be serviced until two days later. I was told that this was not normal and that it only happened less than 10% of the time. I have only had to use the service once so for me it is 100% of the time. I was lucky that my son with asthma was away for the weekend.

    Replacing my hot water heater

    I rent my gas hot water heater from Reliance. Last Saturday, I awoke to no hot water. I went downstairs and found my water heater leaking and not working. I phoned Reliance at 8am, and a friendly installer was at my house within 90 minutes, and brand new hot water heater was installed. I couldn't believe the great service I received, especially on a Saturday morning!! Thank you Reliance, you go above and beyond for your customers, and your highly trained service people rock! I've been telling everyone what a great job you did. Thanks again.

    Air Conditioning

    3 technicians, 4days & a total farce! No one knew what they were doing, THEY kept missing appts. & in the end my fiancee fixed THEIR mistakes! My 12yr knew more then the "professionals". Customer Service was a joke as well. Good at taking money, crap at fixing problems.
