    Good service

    Technician showed up..Keith (5243) very friendly and excellent people's skills..good choice of employees for Reliance. Awesome service. Would definitively call again and feel confident. Recommend for sure anytime to anyone

    Furnace/water heater Fire sensor replacement

    Great experience with speedy service here! They were able to send someone over with a day to investigate and repair the issue. Very friendly and efficient repair man too! 10/10 would recommend. Shoutout to Jammal!

    Excellent ambassador

    Our Reliance representative showed up within the time span we were given and did an excellent job of checking all our hot water sources and addressing our problem. Bill was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't be happier with him: an excellent ambassador for Reliance.

    home furnace and air conditioning (Windsor)

    our furnace went out and we had to get a new one . Scott was very good on explaining our options. Since we were without heat they made sure to get us booked in quickly. the crew came (Letta and Dean) they were excellent! from start to finish. I was so impressed they worked quickly and everything was cleaned up before they left . and I have a beautiful new furnace with no worries for the cold weather. I would recommend RELIANCE HOME COMFORT.

    Maintenance check

    Many thanks to Reliance for another great experience. The technician Steve 5630, was great , did a thorough job doing the maintenance check on our heating system and changed the filter too. He was courteous, polite and patient with us. He answered all our questions. I would like to have him come back anytime . We are very Happy customer . Steve, Thanks so much!

    Had issues with our water hearter

    We had no hot water. Troy came out to help with our issue, he was knowledgable and professional. He resolved the problem with our water heater in a timely manner.

    Hot water tank

    Sink faucet

    We have gotten a monthly membership for our plumbing... services and satisfied with that. Of course, it all depends on the technician, as well. Mr. Thomson did a good job. Thank you, Sir. :)

    Water Heater

    Pilot wouldn't stay on. Reliance Home Comfort employee saved the day! Employee met and exceeded expectations. Tested gas pressure, valves, ventilation air flow and circuitry. Replaced a small part that was affecting the pilot safety cut-off. Vacuumed excess debris and reassembled system. Retested operation and checked for any gas leaks. Professional job well done!

    Hot Water Heater

    Matt came by promptly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of the water heater, not just what the service call required. He checked the pvc pipe and realized that needed replacement as well and booked an appointment for me on the spot. He also checked the furnace filter and noticed it needed replacement. Excellent customer service. I have peace of mind knowing that Reliance has well trained technicians.
