In 2016, we replaced our conditioner with a new one from Reliance. It worked fine for the summer of 2016. The following 2 years we had the same problem. The air conditioner was not cooling the house. Each time Reliance serviced the air conditioner which lasted for the summer. This year the same problem occurred. After explaining the problem, Reliance quickly arranged for a service call. The service man was very thorough. Investigated the issue and found a leak which caused the coolant to leak out every year. Vedesh quickly repaired the leak, replaced the coolant and added a dye which would allow for easy detection if the leak continued. Thank you to Vedesh and Reliance for your service. Looking forward to a ‘cool’ summer.

The Technition Peter was excellent very thorough and informative. He made sure i was aware of my options and performed the repairs in a timely manner . A very pleasant individual to have dealt with supreme in the customer service world

I am on their maintenance plan and am very happy. Each of their service members are excellent, professional, and courteous. Very responsive to my needs. They arrive when promised, do awesome work and keep you informed along the way

The Reliance salesperson and installation staff were all very pleasant and they were all very happy with Reliance as an employer. (which is important to me) However, they were uniformly disorganized. The AC installer had the wrong coil and had to wait for a new one; ran out of gas and had to run to the store for more; and then forgot to install the thermostat and forgot to leave a cover for the AC. I asked for the AC cover 4x and finally received one that was too small. Ten days later and I still don't have a cover and the thermostat still hasn't been installed. The filter was installed quickly but the installers didn't explain how to replace the filter or what kind of filter to use. They left the instructions at the back of the furnace without telling me. Pleasant staff but very disorganized. I sure hope the AC works.

The service was good , the technician was very helpful by explaining step by step. And also how the system work. Am very satisfied with him and he should keep up the good work

Excellent service provided by an HVAC Technician since ever have been with Reliance. Every year Techs used to come for service but were not able to detect the problem but yesterday a trained tech came for service, spent a quite bit of time, detected the leakage and resolved the issue. Now my AC is working fine.

Bought A/C at an unbeatable price from a non pushy, knowledgeable salesman when I inquired and was in desperate need for a new one! Also I've needed to use Reliance in the very recent past and they replaced my rented water heater tank no questions asked and in 1 hour! Wow!
