    Thorough from beginning to end

    Jason was very honest and thorough in explaining the options between renting and purchasing. The following Saturday, the installation team arrived to install the equipment and were also thorough and efficient.

    Bery professional and informative.

    water tank service

    thanks to Jeff and the other technician they diagnosed my water heater problem and installed a new one , very fast and efficient real nice and polite guys. reliance should be proud of them

    Toilet install done right

    This might not be the least expensive job, but Rocco in St. Catharines is the plumber to trust. I wanted to buy a decent toilet at a big box home store and he gave me the rundown on the quality of big box store toilets, which aren't the greatest, supposedly. When you add their price plus another plumber, it would've equalled what I paid Rocco for a Proflo toilet. He basically recommended it so he didn't have to come back to repair it. I did a little digging around and found out they're a good brand and went for it. The install was done quick and right, accommodated me on my own schedule. I would definitely recommend Reliance. There's no doubt I'd call Rocco again. Thank you!!

    ANNUAL SERVICE CALL [28/03/19] performed by Brian

    Furnce Repair

    Service technician, Dan, arrived early for scheduled appointment. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional Dan located the issue with our furnace and then left to retrieve the needed part. My furnace is now operating as it should. I am so thankful that I have the service protection plan as this would of been a very expensive repair. I will strongly recommend this plan to all family and friends.

    Water Heater Service

    Called Reliance and josh fixed my tank in no time. He gave some great recommendations and I will be proceeding with some purification products as a result of his suggestions. Reliance should be proud to have such a well established technician!
