    Installation of Furnace and Humidifier

    Very friendly and professional. Explained what the installation entailed. After completion, the area was clean. Showed where the gas and water valves were and how to close them and explained how the humidifier and nest thermostat worked. Thanks guys. Job well done! Would like to see you back to install the AC.

    Hot water service.

    Absolute worst customer service and actual service of any company I have ever dealt with. 10 service calls to fix a hot water issue and 2 wks later unresolved different diagnoses each time. In the end I bought out the unit had my own plumber fix in 15 minutes issue was a simple check valve. Ridiculous dealing with them.

    Reliance Boiler Repair

    Our New combi-boiler has been causing problems ever since we got it. For the past 3 months, and through the bitter winter, our boiler would stop operating every 2-3 weeks. We have had technician after technician who have tried their best to no avail. Joe - was asked to work on the boiler and he has been fantastic. He conducted a root cause analysis, had years of experience working on the renai boiler, was courteous, took his time to make sure that the “solution” made sense... he is the bright spot in an otherwise terrible ordeal.

    Tankless water heater

    Dan did an awesome job on the sales end. Went over every thing so we could understand. He went above and beyond and were so greatful for everything you have done to help. Also Steve (Stifler) was awsome in the install. Very patient and professional for the sales and install. Thanks guys. Looking forward to Tuesday to get the new furnace. Will refer you guys to as many as we can ❤

    Heater repair

    I had a hot water heater issue , called reliance and in a matter of hours a tech was at my residence to fix the problem. Great service. I would definitely recommend them.

    Super proffessional!!

    Brandon and Rich were very kind, knowledgeable, and proffessional. They were problem solvers and I barely knew they were here. Best service call in 18 years as a home owner!

    Furnace maintenance

    Afshon #111012, the service technician that came today to service our furnace, he was great, very professional, polite and friendly. He took the time to explain the service and what he was doing. Extremely happy with our service! Thanks

    Hot water tank

    Hot water tank repair, Bernie service technician was an awesome guy, very professional and knowledgeable. Found and repaired tank very quickly and efficiently. Now family is happy having hot water again.

    Preventative Maintenance

    A repair technician arrived, spent 1 hour programming the furnace that was never programmed with the previous repair technician last year. Please never send that previous technician to me ever again. Last years repair technician was at my house for 10 minutes. The gentleman sent this year took the time to explain what he corrected. My furnace is doing things I never thought it could do. Now it’s truly an efficient furnace.

    Post onstall service ( there is none)

    I initially gave this company a 5-star rating for installation and professionalism, however since then (nov 22nd install date) I have had a furnace inspection and failed, due to the absence of a heat exchange calculation, i have on numerous occassions called, been put on hold, sent to different departments, been put on hold, talked to service, who jasm’t got a clie to what i am talking about, they sent a message to the original salesman Ben, who doesn’t reply to inquiries after the install is paid for, i was assured that his manager was cc’d on the message and someone would get in touch with me the next day. Here it is a week later, again i was on. the phone for 50+minutes, again assured someone would call me back. End of day no call, I don’t think i am asking for anything out of the ordinary so I am at a loss as to why this is so difficult a task for a company that does this on a daily basis. The inspector said that the calculation is normally e-mailed, to date i have mothing.
