    Water heater replacement

    Existing hot water tank was 15 years old. Reliance service tech recommended it be replaced and made arrangements for a new one. Andreas the service tech drained and removed the old tank and installed the new one. The removal and installation were done very professionally. He was courteous, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process. Very happy with the new tank and the install.

    Hot water tank repair

    Ali the service man was very professional, clean and respectful. He explained everything he was doing and also what was wrong and cause of problem. He was a really nice guy. Thanks,

    Furnace Repair

    Our Repair Tech, Jake, quickly assessed our situation and identified the problem and the part needed. Unfortunately there wasn't one in stock. Jake contacted one of the local suppliers and arranged to get the part despite it being a Holiday Monday. He picked it up and installed it quickly. We are off running again . Thanks Jake! Barrie

    FURNACE PROBLEM

    Our FURNACE wouldn't go on because of a FAULTY thermostat...Our RELIANCE Home Insurance Plan sent out Repair Man Gabe Chiodo to fix the problem in record time...He is a Five Star worker who was very Professional and Knowledgeable about what was causing the problem first by checking the Furnace and then the Thermostat..He knew immediately that the Thermostat was not functioning properly and replaced it with a New Model..After the installation he made sure that we knew how to operate this New Model..Thank you Reliance for sending your very best technician to solve the Problem..D Sisto Whitby

    Replacement of furnace, humidifier and water heater

    Reliance did an awesome job! Starting with Mike who tried to fix the humidifier only to discover the furnace was unsafe, to Tyler who quickly came over to coordinate the purchase and installation of replacement equipment, to Howard and Andrew who completed the installation during a snowstorm and still managed to keep my floors clean! To this team of gentleman, I can’t thank you enough for being there when we needed you! With much gratitude and appreciation for your skill, good humour and positive attitude. You created a great customer experience. Thank you!

    Excellent Service

    Reid, our serviceman provided excellent service! He was very knowledgable about the issue we were having with our water heater. He had a great work ethic and was able to repair our water heater in an efficient and cleanly manner. He really represented Reliance strongly and we are very satisfied with the service we were given. He was able to finish the job in a sufficient amount of time. Overall great experience and service!

    Furnace installed

    Friendly people, great service the Furnace is nice and quiet I love the thermostat I’m happy with the Job they did well done they cleaned after they were done. 10/10

    Hot Water Tank replacement

    Rental water tank was leaking. Called for service, asked about other services- not interested. Do you want our Tech to discuss other services- NO! First Reliance Employee came and looked, yes it's leaking! (Feb.13th) Feb 14th. second Reliance employee came without a replacement. Third Reliance Employee brought the tank later. Four hours to replace? Made a mess on floor and carpet, had to asked to use "booties" Several conversations about other services- furnace replacement! Perhaps a definition of NO would be good training?

    Furnace/filter maintanence

    We had installed a new furnace, humidifier and AC unit installed a few years ago. It has brought down our hydro use and hence saved $. Service is included so when our Nest thermostat indicated we needed to change out the filter, I called this morning and a tech was at my home before noon...wow, great service. Dino, the tech was very professional and good spirited. I know if I were in the HVAC business, I would be trying to get Dino to join my firm! Next service, I will request him to conduct the service even if I have to wait. Good all around experience!

    Hot Water tank replaced & New Humidifier installed

    I was with another Co.,they cancelled several appointments,when they finally showed up,had wrong size water tank,very frustrating I changed to Reliance,their sales rep showed up on time,courteous and very knowledgeable,being an ex serviceman. Techs to install water tank showed up on time and did great job. Techs for Humidifier also showed up when promised,very professional,both put slips on over their shoes Very happy with Reliance & their Service people
