    Hot Water Tank

    Very impressed with how rapid Reliance responded to my call and how fast they were to repair the problem. Withing 2 hours of my call, I had two technicians responding, one to troubleshoot and a second to install new equipment, 15 minutes appart. Never experienced this before

    Hvac

    Chris came on time and was very professional . All work done . Answered all my questions Work area was left very tidy. Great service from reliance technician as always

    Reliance Home Comfort turned back on signed contract

    I live in a 3200 square foot, bungalow. My furnaces and ACs are about 15 years old. The duct work and piping in this house is such that I have 2 furnaces, 2 air conditioners and 2 water tanks. So, even though one of each should be enough but I have to have two of each unless I renovate and re-install the ducts and piping. So, I wanted to replace 2 existing gas furnaces, 2 existing central air conditioners and a hot water storage tank. I called Reliance as I already had a rental tankless water heater with them. They gave me a quote for rental and we, Reliance Salesperson and I, both signed and countersigned the contracts. I was emailed the contracts and then the problems started. The installer came for pre-inspection. They sent me the full estimation from their installation of $5000 saying this is too much and I'll have to pay part of it. I refused since these are rental equipment and no one charges installation (I already had EnerCare go through the house). I even suggested that they may send another installer for a quote as this did not make sense to me. I was told that they'll do so but after much back and forth their final decision was to just send me a bill for the WHOLE amount i.e. $5000 before they'll consider installation. Their contract is worth sh*t. Just because they committed to doing a job and signed a contract does not mean they'll do it. In future, my recommendation will be to call someone else before you call them so that if they are going to push you to pay then you already know if they are being genuine or just pulling fast ones.

    Furnace

    Very very happy with the 2 guys That installed my furnace they worked Steady and very Organized and very clean. Very good at show me how the Furnace works. And showed me how to use the Thermostat and how to put the APP on my phone.

    Furnace and central air

    We had a great experience with Frank from Reliance. He was quick, informative, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we were happy with everything. He even told us about an energy rebate that we knew nothing about. We were able to get a nice rebate! Would highly recommend him anytime.

    Great service

    I have used Reliance Home Comfort service many times related to my water heater and plumbing and never disappointed. The technicians are on time and do great job. I recommend Reliance to any one.

    New furnace

    Condemned Furnace.... sales rep called me right away and was very accommodating in arranging an appointment time that jives with my schedule.Explained all options with regards to installing a new furnace. She even gave me mini heaters to keep us warm until our new furnace is installed .

    Reliance Home Comfort Service

    I've rented a hot water tank from Reliance since 2006 and whenever there is repairs to be done on the hot water tank, Customer Service is pleasant to talk to and the scheduling for the repair work is always great, usually the next day. Due to the service contract that covers the hot water tank and A/C (low monthly payments), all repairs are covered. Very happy.

    Furnace check

    My parents r seniors and my father had called reliance to have his furnace checked out due to its unresponsive heat cycle. The reliance representative arrived and did a thorough check of the furnace and it’s now ok. We like to thank Chris for his assistance. He was very courteous and patient and gave us good advice.     New Furnace

    We had a great experience with Frank from Reliance. He was quick, informative, and easy to get a hold of. He told us about an energy rebate that we knew nothing about. We were able to get a nice rebate!
