    AC AND FURNACE REPLACED ONE VISIT

    I bought a new house, the furnace went, one month in. Called made a service request...to replace furnace right away. I also requested new AC in that the new rules, would not allow them to service this in a year. They were happy to do so. They carefully took old stuff away. "Vince" local representative was even assistive with my deck with my permission to allow, proper venting. This allowed me to avoid any cost associated with installation. I am very pleased. furnace has humidifier in winter and is high efficiency. I think I will get a rebate, as well. Very pleased. They were very quick to fulfill request as i was anxious to have AC during a little hot spell. Catherine B. Thunder Bay

    The works : furnace, air conditioner and a hot water tank

    The guys that came to the house were professional,friendly, polite and showed up on time in the hours stated. The whole process in replacing everything wasn’t the nightmare I thought it would be. Thanks guys

    Excellent service

    Matt provided excellent service today and was very efficient and knowledgeable! He arrived during the time provided and completed his work in a timely, friendly manner. I would recommend to other reliance customers!

    Bathroom Drain Issue

    If you want someone professional, with great service, most of all someone you can trust, ask for Joseph Torchia for any plumbing issues. We were stressed about a clogged bathtub and knew plumbing problems can become very overwhelming but I felt very comfortable with Joe. He gave us a complimentary quote and the service he provided was amazing. Honest, friendly person. Very Reliable! Thanks Joe, Vinnie

    Water heater service

    Today we had a scheduled cleaning and service for our water heater and we just wanted to say...Thanks Chad for a fast and thorough service on our water heater! My wife and I really appreciate it.

    New furnace

    We had Kyle Bowden, Bill Hann they were great . Very friendly, knowledgable, took time to explain what they had done explained how the thermostat works. Also did a great job of cleaning up . Hopefully they will be back when we're ready to have a new AC installed !?

    Furnace, AC and Tankless WH

    Fast install, had a couple of problems but was taken care of! We are renting so I can call 50 times and I won't be charged. Get an inspection every year and they change the Air filter on the furnace which is quite expensive in itself!

    Fast diagnosis and repair.

    Technician was very fast, professional and friendly. Identified where the problem is almost instantly and replaced the old part. The whole end to end process with Reliance and the technician is very smooth and stress free.

    Rental water heater

    These guys are out to rip you there is no doubt about it . Try going for a buyout on their rental equipment and you will know first hand. First they get you to sign a very bad contract and then you or the next home owner pay heavily for the mistake.
