    No sense of customer service

    Our hot water heater stopped working Sunday. We called Monday morning and was told the earliest a technician could visit was 7am-11am the next day. Tuesday, the technician arrives, our tank needs to be fully replaced. He calls to order a new tank, (and had happened to put the call on speaker for transparency) and the agent he spoke with says that the soonest they can get a tank out to our home is Wednesday afternoon - because they have a team meeting that day. Why would your team having a team meeting impact your customer's ability to receive a tank? We are renting our tank, paying a premium for this service, and we will be without water for almost 3 days, not to mention my husband and I have to rearrange our schedules for 2 days of work. Reliance does not seem to have a sense of urgency when it comes to accommodating their customers' needs over their own.

    Plumbing for bathtub

    Excellent service and very well explained. Thank you coming so quick and person who came to fix was well experienced and gave us fully detail about the leak. Thanks again.

    Very helpful Contractor

    Manjeet was very helpful Contractor. He took the time to explain what is going on with our Air Conditioner. Although I need a new unit, I felt he did not rush me and explained what we can do to help improve efficiency. Thank you Manjeet!

    Furnace ac

    Good sales person. Got early installation date. He gave us good advice. Second time using reliance home comfort. Hope i am as eased as I was the first time which was good

    Great service from Eric

    When I called to make an appointment for maintenance of my A/C and furnace I was given an appointment the following day. Eric arrived at the expected time. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions including questions about Smart thermostats. He replaced the capacitor on my A/C that was failing before it actually failed. I’m glad I didn’t have to go go without A/C in this heat.

    Water tank replaced

    Rental, very old, they should have replaced years ago. They own it. Tank burst, water damage took them longer then restoration company to come out then had to argue for over an hour because the day we were suppose to get it replaced they had no record of, which was two days later, meaning no hot water for family to use. They wanted us to wait another 4 days and offered us a $25 discount for the inconvenience. It took a lot of demands and speaking with higher ups to get our water heater replaced the day it was promised. Terrible experience.

    Great advices and support from Satish

    We are just new homeowners and needed to change the 24 years old furnace. Satish was very helpful. He clearly knows his stuff and offered us a great deal. We opted for a new very efficient furnace combined to a new AC plus humidifier and google controled thermostat. All for only $135 a month. Satish was very friendly and reinsured us with all our questions. We definitivyl recommand Satish's services.

    ductless air conditioning

    Forced to live in one air conditioned room in my house, I called Reliance just to look into options. Turns out I can have my house air conditioned for 109 a month. Fits my needs AND my budget! Thank you Reliance!

    The sales person Mr. Murray Stark is very knowledgeable and gives you a complete detail accordingly for the best scenario. Both the technician came on time and job was well done.

    ac performance

    bought this larger goodman furnace and ac, ac did not from day one cool this house, it was shutting off with no reason, several techs tried new thermostats but nothing, then the unit would not start, bought a extended warranty which low and behold does not cover compressor, low and behold reliance tech said it needs a compressor but its not covered, wasn't happy at all! don't buy goodman!! don't deal with reliance! I pay 50 bucks a month for this? POS! fix the unit it has not run good from day one!
