    Furnace thermostat

    Cover plate was broken on the thermostat and it was not functioning properly because of this. Mark the reliance tech ( id 1655) found us a new face plate. The thermosat is now functioning properly and his service was excellent. Order # 1755007 Robert Blewett

    New air and furnace

    Installation very good. Follow up by Lindsay Taylor has not Had equipment installed May 13 and paperwork not been sent by her even after a phone call in late June to her. July 4rh still no calls about my audit to get my rebate I am running out of time. Not my fault

    10 years of problems because of reliance

    I used Reliance to install a new furnace 9 years ago. I discovered a couple of years later that the filter was incorrectly installed causing leaking and water damamge to walls and floor. Reliance would mot fix it. When I called an HVAC company to come fix it they told me the furnace is too small for my home. I was ripped off. Then just last week Enbridge was here and gave me a red tag because they said all the furnace venting was not up to code and was totally installed wrong. Cost me $1023 to fix. So much for trusting people to do a good, honest job. NEVER EVER use this company for anything.

    Air conditioning Repair

    We called Reliance on July 3 to book a service call. Our Air conditioner stopped working. They booked us in for an appt. on July 4th anytime from 4:30:- 7:00 pm. It was already 6:30 pm no one had called to tell us they were on their way. I called and was told they called and no one answered, so they re-booked us. I left work early to be home and had my phone with me at all times and had no missed calls. If we were seniors this would be a bad situation for this company to leave us stranded like that and not call us to say they can’t make it today. If they called It would give us time to find someone else to fix it. In this heat they left us like that and then tell us they called when they did not. Really bad customer service.

    You can rely on Reliance to deliver!

    We lost our A/C in the middle of last week's heat wave. The knowledgeable referral by a Reliance employee, the quick and courteous response of the salesman and the professional installation of a new furnace and air conditioner just four days later makes me believe that Reliance is truly dedicated to customer service. I would recommend the Windsor Reliance team to anyone seeking to repair or replace their HVAC equipment.

    AC Service Appointment

    I had a service appointment in the ridiculously long window of 10-2 today. I rescheduled my day off to make sure i was around during this time. 2:15 rolls around and no one has shown up or contacted me. I had to call in to be told that “dispatch needs to rebook” with no reasoning other than they wont be able to make it today. Im sure this was known a while ago and a courtesy clall would have made a world of difference. Now im left without AC until Friday during a heat wave. Very poor customer service...

    Replace Tankless water heater

    Technician Steven Hale was incredible! He arrived ontime, was polite and courteous. He even laid out runners to protect our hardwood floors and carpet. Our tankless water heater was replaced along with the gas line and all the venting for the unit. Upon completion Steven showed me the new unit and explained all modifications. He went above and beyond, thank you!

    Plumbing - valve installation to run fridge line/ice machine

    I called Reliance for some plumbing issues and plumber James Mcbride repaired them right away. I also needed a new valve installation to run fridge line/ice machine but new connections are not covered by this insurance, however since I was satisfied with the way Mr. Mcbride did the other repairs, I preferred to pay Reliance and have a professional plumber do this installation. I was very happy with how quickly and professionally it was done. Thank you Mr. Mcbride.

    Repaired air conditioner

    I received prompt service from Reliance. After I called, Marcel ID #110465, was at my home in 2 days. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. After he was done the repair, which included welding, everything was cleaned up and working great. Thanks.

    They installed my AC on Canada Day!

    Don't let people tell you that companies that believe in customer service don't exist anymore. Our old AC (the sales guy called it antique ?) unit decided to die at the start of the biggest heat event in years. I called Reliance at about 9:30 on Friday night. The sales guy was at my house the next day and today, Sunday, Canada Day, the guys were here to install my new AC (Canada Day didn't cost me any extra). I was told they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 am. 8:37 they were at my house. By 11:15 they were done and on their way. The installer guys were awesome, laid down mats so that they didn't mess up the floor, and didn't leave anything behind.
