Very good services and the worker is Excellent and experience, I buy their “Trio Protection Plan”, that includes material so I pay 0 this time, it is value if you need to repair, their staff put their shoes cover before they go into your house, it is awesome, keep it safe and clean, I highly recommend their services to you.

Our AC split unit was poorly installed by Reliance (unevenly attached to the wall outside). Stains were left on our carpet inside from a tarp they used that apparently melted. Reliance also left a hole left in our closet. The hole and outdoor installation were finally resolved weeks after the initial installation. The carpet stains were harshly cleaned by HVAC personnel (not qualified carpet contractors) sent by reliance. The cleaning did damage to the carpet, causing pilling and fraying, and the stains were not completely removed. Our carpet was high-end, wool, and in excellent condition before the AC installation. Reliance still hasn't paid to replace the carpet or even obtain a quote almost a month after the initial installation. Communication has been extremely slow and evasive.

In all the years that I've had techs. from Reliance/Holmes this is without a doubt the very best service I have ever received. Dave did checks and balances that no one else had ever done. He was very thorough in all that he did and explained things clearly and was very professional and friendly. This is the person I will be requesting the next time I need service. Thank you Dave. Got a preventative maintenance on Saturday. All went well and service person Logan was very professional and gave some great tips to keep cool during the summer at home. Great service.

My very old AC unit was not running as normal on a very hot day! My kids have to sleep on the main floor because there was no cool air flowing on 2nd floor. The first thing comes up to my mind was to call Reliance Comfort, and I did. The next day Lina comes to give me a quote for a new AC unit with a reasonable price and amazingly she booked a technician to come for replacement after only 2 days! The technicians arrived on time and done the job very professional way; after three hours they left with everything neat and clean. I think that that professional way is how Reliance Comfort stand for…

Piru and Asok were fantastic very pleased to have therm fix our air conditioning in a timely manner they arrived within the assigned time and were able to complete in short order

I would like to thank Mike McMaster for going over and above to turn a very negative experience ( from a previous reliance employee) into a five star rating! He as well as Connor Wright went over and above to resolve a difficult situation and get the work done. I went from not wanting one of your employees Mitch to ever return to our home and frome being afraid to trust reliance to giving reliance a five star rating. I hope you have more employees like Mike and Conner. They truly set an example of how to treat others.

The plumber technician, Kristian, removed an old leaky toilet at our house and replaced it with a high efficient Reliance toilet in less than an hour. He was quick, polite and even enthusiastic about the whole process. He answered all our questions, offered suggestions and cleaned up everything afterwards. It was as if, in and out, in no time.
