    AC and furnace quite

    The sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, scoped the work area and followed through with email on his quote. The quote was easy to read and thorough.

    New AC

    Very professional company. If you want good quality work done by a good quality company, use Reliance. Very quick and professional derive. They installed the A.C. the next day after our appointment.

    Repaired My AC

    Called Reliance last night at 10:00 pm letting them know our air condition didn't seem to be cooling properly. Ron Repair Tech 1065 from Reliance came in and got it fixed. He stayed until it was right! Reliance and Ron did a great Job

    Had new furnace and air conditioner installed

    Both technicians were very professional , polite and clean. I was given clear instructions on how to use the new thermostat and adjust my vents in my home during winter and summer to get the best heating and cooling in my home. Very satisfied with Reliance.

    Water heater installation

    Just had my water heater installed by Kody Omara, what a great service guy very polite and professional! He puts great service towards the reliance name, and I was glad to have him Thank you

    Finally

    Nobody showed up for A/C repair app't on Friday - no phone call - told later the truck broke down (I guess he had no phone??) - wasted a day waiting around. However, made another app't and Rod showed up on Saturday - Excellent Technician - tracked down the problem and fixed it perfectly. Rod is an excellent asset to Reliance. Maybe the Friday guy was a private contractor - not like Reliance to give that kind of service.

    New water tank

    We were very satisfied with the reliance worker that came to change out water tank. He (3755) was very polite and explained everything that he was going to do, buy taking out the old tank, replacing the correct pipes, installing the new tank and reconnecting everything back together. He was quiet and alert when doing all his work. When he was finished he went over with me all the levers, shutoffs, and assured me that we would be happy. If there was a problem to occur we were to call with no hesitation. We were very satisfied so far with the outcome. Thank you Adam

    Amazing!

    Our reliance tech Jamie was great explained how everything worked and made sure I knew exactly where my money was going. He came out the day of instillation and made sure the Klimat contractors and I were good. During the day the contractors worked hard but made sure I knew what was going on and explained how everything worked! Later on that evening Jamie even did a follow up phone call to make sure everything went good and make sure any questions I had were answered. Just all around good experience so far!

    AC Replacement

    Reliance advisor explained well to us about the terms & conditions on the purchase of a new AC. The technicians who came to install the new AC were professional & explained everything too. We are satisfied w/ the service provided to us. Thank you and for sure we'll enjoy our new AC at this time of the warm weather.

    Fixed Broken AC Unit Quickly

    Phoned in to replace a broken 9 year old unit and was able to get these guys in the next day. They arrived on time and took less than 2 hours to remove the old unit, install the new one, and clean up.
