    Repair of Air Conditioner at my house.

    My air conditioner stopped working. Fan was running and blowing normal air. No cooling. Although thermostat showed that it is in cool mode. I called Reliance and the visit was scheduled on very next day. The repair person, Nate (team member # 111166) , came in the scheduled time (7 PM to 11 PM slot). She replaced the contactor (mounted outside the house on the condenser unit) and that fixed the issue. She also replaced the thermostat (non-Wifi as free under the coverage) as my NEST thermostat was having some error. A/C is working fine now. I am very satisfied with the service. It would have costed me $600 plus. This was covered under the contract and hence I did not pay anything.

    Needed a new AC

    Our very old AC unit finally conked out so John came by from Reliance and went over what options were available for replacement. He clearly explained the technical and enviromental choices in choosing a new unit. Yesterday the AC was installed, super polite workers and everything was cleaned up before they left. The air conditioner is working great and overall we were really impressed with Reliance- we'll definitely be calling again when we have to replace the furnace.

    Electrical coverage visit

    I has washroom power outlet not working. The technician visited quickly found the problem and fixed it. It was a blessing to have such a seamless service.

    Repair to A/C

    A/C wasn't working and the repair man fixed it up. He was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. Offered us a rebate on a new unit and explained to us that our unit might only last 1 more year. It's an old unit and we were very pleased that he fixed it up for us. I attached the signature for the repair man as I could not read his name.

    Terrible Customer Service

    Unreliable and untrustworthy supplier. They are great actors, offering great contracts. When things break, they leave you helpless, cold, without running water, and they dont have 24/7 support. They only answer the phone 24/7. Dont make the same mistake I did.

    AC Installation

    Cameron and the service guys that came over were very professional and timely. Cameron ensured we were taken care of as early as possible and the service guys were the nicest and most professional guys Ive ever had to deal with. They laid carpets and explained every thing they did. Highly recommend them and will always reach out to their team if myself or any of my friends in Durham need support. Thanks again!

    AC Repair

    Reliance was able to repair my AC Unit in no time at all. Tech was super friendly and professional, was able to answer any questions I had.

    Air Conditioner repair

    I was able to set an appointment to repair the A/C about 12 hr after I called Reliance. The technician that came was very professional and quite experienced in A/C electrical circuitry. It took about an hour to diagnostic and repair.

    AC replacement and thermostat install

    The sales rep Ken was great! He was there the day after we called in. We are in a heatwave so our install was understandably a few days later but the install team was great despite having some vehicle issues earlier in the day. All service was great and were nice and cool now!!

    Furnace and air conditioner install

    Repair man and advisor(TJ) were very courteous. Installers were very efficient .we highly recommend them!
