    Hot water tank repair

    Hot water stopped working, arrived same day and made a quick repair. No charge but I think it fell under the rental agreement for the tank. Or it was a kind favour!

    HVAC system replacement

    After 7 years into our rental contract with reliance for our HVAC system (gas furnace and AC), we wanted to get a new hybrid system with gas furnace and heat pump. A single call got us a meeting soon after with a sales rep. The rep was well informed, thorough and very helpful. He made sure he had all the information relevant to our request and presented us an extremely interesting solution. They arehelpful and reliable.

    Timely and friendly

    Called Friday evening about a clogged kitchen sink and reliance sent a technician at 8am the next day on the weekend! Promptly fixed the issue. They took the time to explain their repair and provided information to prevent clogs and maintain the condition of the pipe.

    Furnace Purchase

    Marty is incredible. Full of information, easy to talk to and clearly enjoys what he does. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with him and getting to know him.

    The Reliance furnace repairmen are fantastic. They are quick, knowledgeable and personal. I feel well taken care of, thank you guys!

    Heating Yearly Maintenance

    Reliance Home Service always call once every year to ensure my furnace is service. Great company with good customer care.

    Water heater inspection

    They came quickly and at the earlier time of the booking window which I appreciated. The inspector was professional and informative and friendly. Didnt push any sales either. Great experience. The cost was included in a monthly coverage plan

    Air conditioner installation

    Thomas came to my house the day after I easily booked a consultation from the Reliance website. He was professional and very informative about the units themselves as well as the installation process. The technicians showed up the very next day and installed it quickly and with little to no mess left behind. Would do business with Reliance again.

    Maintenance and new installation

    I had routine manintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. The technician was n time and very efficient. He recommended the AC be replaced and called someone to come withoin the hour to discuss details with me. The sales person arrived as anticipated and we agreed to replace both units. He was also very polite and efficient. He arranged for the installation of both unbits for the next morning. A bsolutely excellent service.

    Routine Maintenance on air conditioning

    Serviceman arrived on time. Service was completed promptly. Serviceman was courteous and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the work performed.
