We had an issue with our hot water tank. I called Reliance to fix the problem. Within a day they sent over a technician and it was resolved. The technician they sent was very knowledgable, polite and hard working. Great service on his end.

Great service visit! Phone call before arrival was really appreciated. The technician was very organized and performed the service in a timely manor. He was very friendly and efficient in his work. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Ron Baxter did a fantastic job installing and insuring that the hot water tank was installed to meet ontario building code. Was done fast very clean and with upmost respect to the home owner.

Dylan was our service tech. He gave me a quick call to let me know he was on his way which was great. He was very friendly and explained everything very well.

We got the water heater replaced and the mixing valve was faulty. Reliance was very prompt with response and the technician was excellent with his service. He changed the part as well as answered any questions I had.

Adam installed a new water heater in my home when our old one began leaking water in our basement. Adam arrived at my home and completed the work within the specified time frame. Throughout the installation Adam was friendly and willing to respond to any questions I had. Since the installation, we have had no problems with our new water heater. We appreciate the great work Adam did to make our home more comfortable.

I had a new HWT installed today. Unfortunately, it had a defective gas control. The installers could not fix and had to call another technician to come in the evening. The technician (Omari Spence) called to advise he was coming to repair it. He was so polite and explained the issue. He took the time to repair properly and install a new control. He went over the HWT tank and explained all of the features. I really appreciated the excellent service I received from Omari!!!

I contacted Reliance Home Comfort regarding replacement of furnace and air conditioner. Mark Twomey the adviser was on time for the first and only meeting necessary to complete the deal. Mark is very knowledgeable of their products and my requirement. At no time did I feel pressured but felt very comfortable with his professional and thorough presentation. The Durham Team that did the installation, Andrew and Brian, called ahead to confirm time of arrival and were punctual. They were very cordial, very organized and worked extremely well as a team.
