    Warranty - furnace motor replacement

    Technician - Ryan Gallagher was in our home to replace the furnace motor. Very professional, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He discovered the water flow to our furnace humidifier was limited and he fixed the flow while he was here. Excellent work !

    Great experience

    When our furnace was red taged you came promptly to get us a quote ( I was impressed with how thorough Tim was with our personal need when making his recomendation. I was also impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work that the installers brought.

    Furnace maintenance

    On Wednesday Nov. 29th a young man named Julian Lisicki came to do our yearly furnace maintenance. I found him very friendly and knowledgeable. He really helped me understand my part in keeping the filters cleaned or changed and told me the best ones to buy. He gave me his card in case we had any questions and he was so polite. Very happy with the service! Joy Buset

    Great Job

    The service technician found a leak in our old furnace and about three hours later Vince showed up and set us up for a new furnace and added air conditioning. The installation crew showed up on time Monday morning and a wonderful job in less than ideal conditions.

    Furnace/AC Rental and Install

    Jeff (our Sales Advisor) was friendly and knowledgable. We always felt that he had our best interest in mind. At no time did we feel pressured. He made several house calls including one on the install day. He was happy to spend as much time with us as we needed and answered all our questions. Mike, John and Scott from Heroes Heating and Cooling did a great job with the install and took the time to walk me through everything when they were done. It was a surprisingly positive and enjoyable experience overall. Will definitely recommend.

    New furnace

    I just want to say Thank You to installers Brendan Doyle, Jack not sure of last name and Ryan Abraham for the great service I received when installing my new furnace! Installers were very efficient, clean and tidy. Excellent Cusromer Service! Keep up the good work!

    Furnace a/c

    Mike and Taylor came to my residence today to replace our furnace and air conditioning. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommended them. Great job.

    Furnace installation

    Signed contract with a salesman for installation of a furnace. Offered at no charge was a condensate pump, thermostat & a humidifier. Furnace was installed but no humidifier and the pump was not draining through the pipes but rather through the floor. Called the salesman and he said that the humidifier couldn't be installed & offered 3 months of no payments. When questioned he said that he'd let his manager handle it. His manager called and said that the humidifier couldn't be installed. In the meantime I'd called the humidifier manufacturer and was told that it could be installed on our furnace. I told the manager that it could be installed so he asked for photos of the furnace to send to the manufacturer and said that an installer would be here on in 3-4 days. He also offered us 3 months payment fee. No one showed up and I didn't receive a call. I had to call him back a week later since I hadn't heard from him. He said that he'd call me back. When he did he said that an installer would be coming Thurs. The fellas came on Wed. No one let us know that they were coming. I don't see why we had to fight for a month to get something that was written into a contract and which was offered by the salesperson. I think that these people should not promise things just to get a sale and I think that management should be aware of all aspects of furnace installation. I feel that these people were trying to take advantage of us. The only redeeming thing in this whole saga was the fact that we had the same installers the second time as the first. These fellas were fabulous. I don't think that they get the credit that they deserve. Their names are Josh and Alex. When I called Reliance and asked for their manager I was told that I should leave a review here. It appears that everything is fine until you have a problem and then they try to feed you a line hoping that you'll go away.

    Hot Water Tank Repair

    I called around 4:30 PM and a service representative was at the house around 6:10 PM - The repair was carried out in under 30 minutes. The serviceman was polite and helpful. Excellent service overall.

    Lewis - fixed furnace . Middle of night! thanks!!! Satisfied with his work

    Thanks for all your help! We have heat! Came in middle of night and got everything working quickly. Very courteous as well! Lewis is highly recommended. Now we can sleep in comfort!
