Tony arrived and took immediate action noting that our new furnace which was installed in June 2017 didn’t have the GAS VALVE switch turned to ON. Didn’t leave without making sure we were completely satisfied with everything. Would highly recommend this technician.

Ryan the plumber was a God send. Within 15 minutes, I was up and running again. A problem that I thought was going to take hours. Would highly recomend both Ryan and Reliance Plumbing plan! A+

Very prompt same day service following my call to report lack of heating. The technician Arash was able to identify the problem, which was of my own doing (connecting a watering hose to the Flowmeter drainage system) thus causing a break in the water flow. He was able to explain simply how the system worked and fixed the problem immediately. In 13 years he was the first Reliance technician to explain politely how the system works and made a suggestion about adding an additional tap for the hose pipe. Much appreciated and helpful. Thanks

My water heater was almost 20 years old and needed to be replaced. The technician, C. Morris, arrived within the window given to me when I made the appointment. He called to let me know he was on the way and how long it would be before he arrived. He was efficient, courteous and careful not to leave a mess behind. As my water heater is a rental the only cost was for two new water shut off valves that were required. I was very pleased with the service from Reliance.

We needed to replace our furnace after 15 plus years. We called Reliance and the sales and service process was excellent from start to finish. Wayne made it easy for us, while Hys and Ryan A. handled the installation. Very customer-focused and totally professional in their approach. Great job!

I had a great experience with the local staff here in east Ottawa. I have the maintenance and protection plan so when my furnace broke I called Reliance. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. When there was an issue with delivery of the new part I needed they dealt with it quickly and kept me informed. They then came and installed the new part the next day. Even though it's a large company, when it comes to the staff who actually come to your house, it feels like you're dealing with a small, local company. Highly recommend!

I had been having some problems with my water heater. Decided to call when there was no hot water and the company sent Daniel Potts to come and fix the problem. Mr Potts was on time and extremely helpful, kind, and fixed our problem in no time at all. He not only solved the initial problem but noticed a leak and fixed it as well. Would highly recommend him if you can put in a request.

I used my Protection Plan (that I recently purchased for my furnace) to replace a noisy Inducer Motor. The part had been ordered 2 days before. When it arrived a service call was arranged for the same day. It was installed in about 15 minutes. Fast, efficient and only for the cost of the plan. Highly recommended.
