    Air Conditioning Quote

    Daniel was our main point of contact for this. He made himself available, working late into the night to ensure we were able to proceed quickly with installing our A/C, not easy in the hot summer months!

    Excellent customer service

    My AC unit died and Frank Torchia was at my house within the hour to help set out a plan to get my AC replaced. He was friendly and very professional and provides me with all the information needed. Highly recommended!!!

    New furnace, AC and Water Heater

    The yearly maintenance crew mentioned that we were eligible for new equipment. Salesman Andrew started the ball rolling and within a very few days we had everything installed. Great service and very friendly, courteous people to deal with.

    A/C and Furnace

    We called for service on on our HVAC on June 2017 and was told by Kyle that we will need to replace our system. So he set us up with Dean an advisor for Reliance in London, Ontario. He met us within a couple of days. And walked us through the option and recommend us to go with Smartair system. He set up the install for us on the time that works for us. Which only took a week from the time Dean met us to the day it was installed. We had to change the day and it was No problem for him. And also set up the Energy Audit for us before the install happen, so we can get our rebate. He's help didn't stop when the system was installed. I emailed him to have a 5 wire set up on my thermostat and he contacted the person in charge of that. We couldn't be more happier with the whole experience. Dean Timpany went above and beyond. Reliance motto of "We are not comfortable until you are" stand true and Dean is definitely an example of that. Thank you. John Aguilar

    Kitchen Faucet

    Jeff was the plumber assigned to the job. He did a great job and completed the work in a timely manner. He gave great customer service and advice about another issue. I am very pleased. It was excellent service overall. N. A.

    New Furnace , Air & Hot Water tank

    We were so very impressed with our Advisor Sarah Rotz !!! Not only did she take the time to listen to our needs , but genuinely cared ! Her knowledge of the products offered went above & beyond any of our expectations!! Reliance is very fortunate to have Sarah as a member of their team !! As a result , we are highly recommending her to all that we can !! Thank you Sarah for your exceptional service !!!! Would also like to acknowledge our HVAC team of Dylan K #1164 & Jon I # 1841 !!! They were also fantastic- super thorough & a very clean job !!! Very impressed overall!!!

    water heater

    water heater broke for the 8th time since monday last week. they keep on just changing the parts and not listening to our request of a new tank. they said that their policy for a new tank is only applicable when the tank is actually leaking. the last technician who came yesterday wrote in the notes that the tank is undersize as there are "too many people" living in the house. No one was able to shower since last night so i do not agree that this was the case. they suggested to have a bigger tank which would cost us more money so this will not be an option for us. it is so frustrating that we have to boil water to take a bath and everytime it breaks down, we're obligated to wait for 4-5 hours window of time to get it "fixed" i would say that some of their technicians actually care but some are just arrogant.

    New Furnace

    They were very polite and were on time. Very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I would happily use them again.

    SERVICING

    We were having problems with our hot water tank. We called to get help. In no time a very courteous gentleman from Reliance came to access the situation. Kurtis H. was amazing and took care of the issue. Service at it's best thanks Kurtis H.!

    Furnace repaire

    furnace fan was noisy, Leland came out and found something in the blower fan removed it and made sure our system was setup correctly for the size of the a/c unit that was installed. Very happy with the service received from calling to setup appointment which was next day to the technician doing the repair, he was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.
