Matt M. and Rob R arrived Friday, June 9, 2017 to assess the water heater. Determined it needed to be changed. Assisted us with the process to upgrade from a 40 to a 50 gallon tank and booked the installation for the next day. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Saturday, June 10, 2017. Mathieu Robillard arrived early in the am. to install a new hot water tank. Did an excellent job with little mess. Had the old tank out and the new tank in quickly. Was very helpful and knowledgeable when responding to our questions. Extremely pleasant to deal with. Very satisfied with the response provided to our hot water tank issue and the employees who handled our call. Thank you

On Thursday noticed no hot water. I called Reliance and first told unable to schedule until Sunday, after some convincing, able to schedule for Friday. Tech showed up on time, Casey and Ron able to fix within 20 min. They were polite and able to answer questions i had. Overall t would recommend their services.

Daniel MacDougall was amazing. Super knowledgable about the product I was receiving. Even though he was running behind schedule (totally not his fault), he still provided the best value and service one could ask for. A straight shooter, I felt confident in the deal that was made.

Furnace and AC had reached the end of their lifespan so it was time to replace both. Reliance was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Absolutely NO complaints throughout the whole process. The advisor Vince and installers Chris/Mike/Max were all great. Will recommend Reliance to anyone in the market for Furnace/AC services.

Great service, quick service times. Even though the answers we had after the service call wasn't what we wanted to hear the tech was very professional and easy to talk to in regards to the options we now face.

I had no hot water today, I called in and got my service call booked from 1-5, techs Casey and Ron where there at 1 and they also called ahead, they where very polite and professional and they had me back up in running in no time at all. Thanks guys

Tom performed the inspection. He explained each step and made me feel at ease with what he was doing. I had total confidence in his abilities, even though we had just met. We are new customers to Reliance home comfort, but are very satisfied with your service. You may be assured we will call your company for any further service.

I noticed hot water was not getting to the temperature he normally does and called reliance to get a service technician to come to my home and fix. James came to our home the next day and was one of the most wonderful individuals that I have ever met that's come to our home to provide such an important service I wish all people could be more like that. Very very impressed and if there's an issue in the future I hope I get him again.

Hot water tank had slow leak. Called and received service the next day. Technician was very polite and thoroughly explained the problem and how he was going to resolve the issue. Thank you Lucas.

Adam #3755 did an excellent job to replace my broken water heating tank, that was rented 17 years ago from Reliance Home Comfort. I highly recommend his great service for you when you need.
