Our Technician, Blake P #3821, was excellent. He was polite, helpful and quick. Our issue was resolved in no time. We would recommend him again. And our service was completely covered under our monthly plumbing plan.

Had ac and furnace replaced, employees were very professional and efficient, they did a nice clean looking job. They pointed out a few things(cracks) on my old furnace and explained why it was a good decision to have it replaced.

With our maintenance plan we pay each month, it is easier to deal with issues related to our heating and cooling system. The punctual, fast and friendly service is great and best of all, there is no cost to come out for repairs when you least expect them. Nice too, that the fast service for the air conditioner comes ahead of an expected turn in the weather to very hot and humid conditions. Thank you Reliance!

Last night we called costumer service No hot water in my home They give me time between 7:00am to 11:00 am Service technician came 7:30 am He fixed it within one hour He did nice and quick job I am very comfortable with reliance

Ted took his time, gave me a thorough explanation and cost breakdown. Gave me some options to consider. The diagnostic took an hour and he didn't seem rushed. Reliance called and asked to move the appointment forward a day, nice thought.

I met with Kim, who showed up on time. He was a knowledgeable and friendly sales person. I was very happy with the visit and look forward to my new A/C

My technician Adam was fast courteous, gave a courtesy call prior to arriving, got right to business and finished in his quoted time. He explained everything to me and cleaned up all his mess and was very polite upon his exiting. His work looks phenomenal. I would want Adam for every one of my service calls if that were an option. Reliance helped to install a ductless AC system when a central air option was not available in our house. The technicians and sales people did a great job in getting us a good system at a very reasonable price.

Dan Simond did a wonderful job of fixing the 3 items that needed repairing in my bathroom. He was professional and courteous! Also, he made sure that I didn't need unnecessary parts!
