Very satisfyed with technician, he knew what the trouble was and fixed the problem within 1 hour. After He explained what general best practices home owner shouldbe aware, thought this was great!

We had a plumber come in to fix our leaky sink. They repaired it with a new a basket strainer and then a couple days later another area of the sink started leaking. We called Reliance and they told us that we will have to pay another $400 for the service or wait till their $16 per month service to kick in after 20 days. If you ask me, we should get a refund for the crappy job they did. It's like they fixed one part of the sink and then screwed up the other side of our sink so that we'd have to pay another $400 for their terrible work. Would NEVER recommend Reliance's plumbing service to anyone.

Had Randy Breiland come for a service call. Very professional! Quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend! Fixed the problem in an appropriate amount of time and explained thoroughly the problem and the solution.

James Laderoute (DAA2881) and Ray D. (DAA4667) responded to our request to adjust the hot water setting on our new boiler system. Both were very friendly, and completed work to adjust our water to our satisfaction. Both helped us to problem solve an issue we have with water pressure and suggested a solution that went beyond their scope of work. We are very happy with the professionalism and care that these technicians showed on their visit.

Matt M. arrived on time, was very courteous and worked quickly to service our heating system. We were very pleased with the response we received wrt the service date and would recommend reliance and Matt anytime. A second call brought Matt C to our home to find and diagnose a noise problem whenever our furnace turned on. He quickly found the problem and fixed it and once again we were pleased not only with his attentive service, but with his patience in finding and solving the problem for us. We wouldn't hesitate in having Reliance and Matt here again.

We rent and have free maintainence . We have always be secure with service and company. Being a senior couple, this is great for us..thank you Jamie N for your fast and friendly service.

excellent experience with our purchase and installation of furnace, a/c and water system. Sales rep. Bill, was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous, and set up the job quickly. Joshua ( water system installer) Dan, and Lance ( furnace, & A/c) were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently, on a cold rainy day to do our install. Job was completed neatly and systems operation explained to us before leaving the site. We are very pleased with our installation. Thank you!

I needed a new furnace and I was referred to Scott. Scott is a real professional when it came to sales. Scott was straight forward and honest. Never sold me anything I didn't need and right to the point. The paper work was completed in under 30 minutes. He advised me he can have the new furnace installed the next day. Scott made it happen and I was really impressed. Robert and Pat came and installed the new furnace the next day. These guys are really good... Educated me on the new furnace and the new digital thermostat. They even cleaned up after the entire job was completed and I was really impressed with the quality of work!!! You guys rock and " Thank you for the awesome job!!!"

Great service. Thanks to Steve and Nic from the North Bay crew. Answered any/all questions I had and provided excellent fast service. Furnace was down Sunday night and they showed up at nearly 1:00 on Monday after a 2.5 hour drive and were done and gone by 4:00 . Thanks again fellas!!

Scott Brenzil gave us a presentation on replacing our original furnace and AC - both 15 years old , he was knowledgeable and very efficient He organized installers for the next day - Mike M 1249 and Rob D 1812 - were the installers . they were both extremely pleasant and efficient. The job was completed quickly, cleanly and very neatly . They were both very conscious of making sure I was informed and how the job was going to look when finished . Would highly recommend both installers and sales person
