Bruce McDonald from Sudbury came to my house on a Friday evening to explain the benefits of a new furnace. Because of his knowledge about the products I was able to chose a furnace that suited my needs. Very friendly and had a great approach; I did not feel pressured at any point.

Technician called ahead . Advised arrival . This man actually but on slipperz over his work boots. Polite. Explained all action done . And how to provent break down. Thank you matt coulombe daa3678 i highly recommend this tech! Hope to see you again!!!

1. I bought a furnace from Reliance in Jan, 2017. Till now, after 2 months, Reliance didn't send me the invoice yet although I had called them for 3 times. 2. Reliance promised this furnace could have 5yrs labor warranty. But so far, I didn't find the items on any documents they delivered to me. 3. Reliance raised the application of HVAC Heating incentives for their customer who purchased a new one. But they used the different brand of furnace to apply the incentives. My old furnace is Bryant but they used Lennox to claim the incentive for me. If they made a mistake or....?

We had problems with the mixing valve of our hot water tank and our two toilets. The technician, Ross (4346) was sent over and was great! He replaced the mixing valve and took the time to educate us as to why it was failing and what we could do to prevent it in the future. He also knew exactly what to do to fix our 2 toilets and completed his tasks in a very timely manner. Very happy with the service, knowledge, professionalism and quality of work from Ross!

Called at 7:15, answered right away, took details - very polite. Tech here by 8:00. Great, polite, professional. Repaired furnace, changed batteries in thermostat as bonus. Awesome experience. The best.

I called late in the morning about the how water tank needing repairs (15 years old). The service lady scheduled me for that afternoon before 5pm. Derek brought out a new tank and swapped out the old one, complete with installing a new water cutoff. In, out and done in less than an hour, and I have hot water by 3pm. Quick,competent, no mess, no fuss, and no charge for the tank. Just really great service.

Called for a leak in my rental tank on Wednesday. Service scheduled for Thursday. Wow! Technician Sam S. (2444) arrived on time and fixed the leak but advised that I get a new hot water tank due to advanced age and the increasing frequency of repair. Scheduled for next week. Great guy, knowledgeable, respectful. I always get incredibly prompt service from reliance. I've even had them come out the same day before. Nobody else around here does that - for any service. Great job!

Andy and JT came from the Brantford shop. They were super professional, prompt and all around great guys. They diagnosed the problem and swapped hot water tanks in less than 40 minutes. By far the most knowledgeable and friendly tradesmen I've ever dealt with.
