Called reliance explained that I didn't have any heat coming from the furnace. Appointment was made for the next day. Great service! Technician was quick and friendly. Furnace is back to working normally.

I called for a repair as our hot water was coming out warm/cool. Our technician immediately recognized the problem and explained it to me, stating that is was in fact our plumbing and not our hot water tank. After describing the Plumbing Plan and getting my consent, he then fixed the issue in under half an hour. Now we have hot water! Thanks so much! (Technician Jason Mitruk).

He was very knowledgeable at what the problem was and explained the functionality of the whole system. Hello, I had Grant W. come to my house located in North Bay, he serviced my air conditioner and furnace. He went above and behond by Helping and guiding me in maintaining my appliances. I would definitely recommend this service, thanks again Reliance!!

Smelled gas coming from the water heater and called union gas. Hot water was shut off. I contacted reliance that morning and they booked an appointment for the following day. The rep Jeff called shortly after 1pm (appt. was for between 1-5). He was able to obtain the needed part and was back to install it around 3pm. The rep was professional and fixed the problem quickly. Happy with the service.
