    Plumbing Service

    Prompt technician dispatch was provided. The technician, Blake, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. He went the extra mile in describing the services he was providing along with developing a detailed report of the service resolution and advising on the next steps to finalize the repair. It's rare you meet someone so passionate about their work, he did a great job, instilled value and left me with a great impression of Reliance.

    Furnace in sudbury

    Our furnace went done yesterday, Branch and Aj came the next day, nice and early. They were super polite and professional, answered any questions I had. Also put in a extra return, looked really good. So happy I went with reliance. Would recommend highly, especially Branch and Austin!

    Furnace repair/ customer service

    Customer beware: it took Reliance technicians 4 visits to fix my furnace. First visit charge was reversed by the second technician, who installed a new thermostat, which didn't really fix the problem. The third guy said that he doesn't know what was wrong, so he recommended to purchase a new furnace. The recommended furnace was expensive and could easily heat the house three times bigger than mine. Finally the forth technician fixed the problem, thank you very much. Great job! I agreed to pay for the second unsatisfactory visit, because I m keeping the new thermostat, but when I tried to dispute the third visit with unsolicited sales pitch, the customer service rep was very unhelpful and basically told me that I need to pay for the visit regardless if it solved the problem or not. I don't mind to pay one time for the visit and repair, but if technician can't solve the problem, I don't think that the customer should be penalized for that.

    Furnace Broke

    Furnace Broke Friday Called at 5pm, Technician arrived by 8 pm - Great !! Tried to fix, couldn't. Said needed new board but may be the ventor motor or blower. Start with circuit board which arrived next day. Didn't work. Saturday night furnace still not working. Sunday nothing. Got text from technician saying ventor motor will not be available until Tuesday and would come Tuesday night to replace. If successful almost 5 full days with no furnace in cold GTA February. Is this an acceptable amount of time??

    New furnace

    We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Reliance in regards to the installation of our new furnace. We dealt with Dino, Lina, Mike, Brandon, and Mangeet. All were attentive, professional and helpful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend

    New furnace and A/C

    I found the experience I had dealing with Reliance hone comfort was excellent from the moment I placed the call to the end result which was installing a new furnace and air conditioner. The sales rep and workers were more than prompt, efficient, informative, pleasant with great work ethics. Would highly recommend Reliance and home comfort. Thank-you for making a stessful situation for me to be a comforting situation.

    Tankless Water Heater

    Installers were effecient and professional. Work was completed as scheduled and they even went above and beyond and we are completely satisfied. All materials were cleaned up and debris was discarded

    leaking water tank

    WE noticed our hot water tank was leaking on a Saturday and they sent Mat R. #4357 the following day. He was knowledgeable and professional; he repaired it in no time at all. Thanks Mat

    Service call and estimated replacement

    We had David do the annual inspection of our burner last week. He was very professional and courteous and answered all of our questions with ease. We also had John come in to give us information about replacing our aging boiler. He patiently answered all of our questions with ease and made the whole process of getting our boiler replaced very easy. It was a pleasure to have both these men help us out. Would recommend these guys for anybody who is looking for a great company to do business with.

    Excellent customer service, Bob the plumber was very friendly very professional. He checked what it need to be done and asked questions. He fixed all problems and suggested ideas and gave great advice to prevent any problems might happen. Thank you
