Phil, our plumber was phenomenal! I don't even know where to start the compliments. First, my youngest is autistic and does not open up well to strangers in the home, when Phil walked in, he was friendly and had a warm smile. My son actually greeted him back with a smile. This does not happen often. As we walked through the home, showing Phil the issues, he was informative and honest. He fixed all our issues in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. While we discussed the fixed issues, my son was trying to get Phil to play cars with him, Phil even took the time to pass the cars back and forth while we continued to talk. These were just some of the positive feedback. To put it simply, Phil is an ideal candidate on how perfect customer service should be! From his work to his customer service, there was not one negative moment. So thank you for the outstanding service, and I will be sure to request for Phil each and every time.

Blake P from Reliance Home Comfort (Team member #3821) came into fix a pipe that burst in my basement. He did a fantastic job, and also fixed a minor problem with my bathtub while he was there. He saw how nervous I was and gave me great piece of mind and walked me through what he was doing, and why. The service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend his service and if I need Reliance Home Comfort again I will ask for him by name.

Our furnance broke down last week. The people from Reliance came to our house within 2 days to offer us new products. Bill Wright was our saleman very professional and nice guy. they came in yesterday to install our furnance and cooling system with Daniel and Lance, great service!! Rob too

I very satisfied with service, friendly, courteous,helpful, Branch and AJ were polite knew their stuff and explained everything as they went along. They did not mind answering any questions we had.

On Tuesday Dec. 6th, 2016 Mike M and Rob D installed a new furnace and air conditioner which we lease from Reliance. These two gentlemen did a fantastic job. Its obvious that their work ethics are top notch. The installation was very well done. The took the time to do a very professional installation. They did a great job of making sure that it was clean and all the pipes, wires etc. were installed in such a way that they were very neat. They made sure to explain to me how the furnace worked including the humidifier. They also explained to me how the new digital thermostat works. In short I told these two fellows that they should be very proud of their job. They even made sure to put down covers on our floor and stairs. If possible will you please pass along our thanks for doing such a great and professional job.

John sageloly from reliance was great. came over promptly and was very easy to get along with and really worked with me. I would recommend him to anyone. definetly extremely pleased with his service.

Tim Terpstra helped fix my furnace. It was shooting out cold air. He came and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He was friendly and did a great job. Thanks again!

I was very pleased with the courteous and respect that was shown by the Home Comfort Advisor. He also got us the best deal that would benefit us and what we needed. Installation was set up for the next day.

Reliance changed out our mid efficiency furnace to a high efficiency model. We have only had it installed for 3 weeks but quite a noticeable improvement from the blower capacity compared to the old one. The upper levels are much warmer in our old house. Installers were friendly, quick and professional.

Awesome service! They came to look at my hot water tank rental and replaced it in the same day!! Brad the technican was fantastic!! Definitely will be recommending you guys!!
