    Furnace and Air conditioning

    Complete furnace and air conditioning installed. Sales representative Alec was great before installation. A lot of promises were made regarding Reliance's customer service by Alec. Since my installation (over 5 weeks) I have approximately 10 unanswered emails and an unreturned phone call to Alec concerning a rebate. Don't expect any form of customer service once your sales representative recieves their commission cheque!

    Plumbing

    I have had two plumbers out to do various jobs and I have been very pleased with both the work and friendly and professional manner or Allen and Bob. Excellent Service!

    Service Call for my Gas Furnace

    I was out of town on business and my furnace quit working in late November with my wife and daughter at home. My Wife placed a service call with Reliance to have the furnace repaired. The technician arrived on time was very courteous, efficient and helpful. The gas furnace was fixed and heat was restored to my house in a very timely manner. Great Job to 'Bernie Cullen' and Reliance.

    Above and Beyond!

    After trying for almost 2 months to get our heat working, it just wasn't possible. One visit to Reliance and I knew I made the right decision. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and beyond helpful. Since it was cold in our house due to not having heat, Steve worked his magic to try and help us with a new boiler as soon as possible. Once it was time for installation, despite bumps in the way, Daniel and Lance went out of their way to make sure we were able to have heat for the winter! I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for them!

    RELIANCE SERVICE ADVISOR CHAD M RESPONDED TO OUR CALL TODAY. HE WAS POLITE & EFFECIENT, FINDING THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND REPLACING THE FAULTY FLAME SENSOR IN RECORD TIME. HE'S A DEFINITE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY . THANKS FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE .

    furnace maintenance

    I was very pleased with the service provided. Jerry the service tech was very polite and spent a lot of time on the unit. He explained to me about the age of the unit and what I should watch out for.

    Change of water heater to newer type

    We wanted an idea of cost of replacing current water heater with the square box, water on demand type. Robert Smith came to our house in Grand Bend on November 25th. Robert presented himself in an extremely professional manner, explaining the product, including the efficiency, possible extras during installation such as power, gas, electrical, venting . Many of these problems could be due to our home in Grand Cove. Robert, then went to the current location of our water heater and pointed out those possibilities he had previously explained. We could see the costs of a new installation mounting and as retirees decided that this was beyond our means. In our opinion, Robert Smith represents your company as a true and knowledgeable individual who put every good as well as negative issue on the table. Thanks to Robert Smith and Reliance.     Gas furnace purchase

    Excellent customer's service from the sales representatives, Bruce and Michael. Booked on line and very prompt with appointment. He explained everything, his knowledge of product was very good and he was willing to answer all our inquires. If installation goes as smoothly as the sale, everything should be 100%. Thank you.

    Hot water tank

    My technician Robert 11910 did an incredible job. Took a little over an hour but was extremely thorough. Even made my 3 yr old feel like he was helping out.

    Clogged bathroom sink

    My wife purchased the plumbing plan even though I had previously said no. It was a good thing we had the plan our service tech Dan Simard was very professional and fast. Much appreciated.
