Scott Donaldson was an amazing advisor. He spent lots of time with me going over details of what my new furnace will be like. His expertise was exceptional. I'm pleased, very pleased with how he handled my contract. The cost was much less than I expected. Thank you Scott for making my day. I know I will be very happy with my upgrades. To my surprise, I also got a discount. Woohoo!

Great job by Reid (#3480). Quick and efficient, friendly and knows his stuff. Ten out of ten. Old water heater was leaking from the bottom and would have made a mess in our finished basement.

thermostat was not coming on without prompting ..thermostat changed for a new one ...Steve was here within 1/2 hr of my call to reliance pleasant efficient and informative..very much appreciated..a second call placed as furnace still was not being prompted to come on..Dave came in and changed a switch in the furnace..very very, helpful

A quick note to share how thrilled I am with Brad Peck's service this evening. I was having hot water issues, that he quickly identified and fixed. He took the time to explain what the issue was, and provided a short and long term solution. He provided plumbing CPP information and was genuine in every sense of the word.

Called for seasonal furnace maintenance. Booking was simple and was contacted by email and telephone. Philip, the contractor was pleasant, professional and went the extra mile on ensuring that my hvac system was winter ready. He went over the diagnostics with me and was in and out in less than 30 min. A picture of efficient service. Well Done.

Phil came to install parts ordered by the repair person who was here yesterday. This was my 4th call out this year so my furnace care program is getting a workout. Phil looked at the trap and found it full...he took gallons of water from the furnace. This was missed by everyone else. I can't thank him enough for being so thorough!! Thanks Cambridge Reliance for sending such a professional, informative, knowledgeable service person. The other reps sent were pleasant but all missed the problem.

Called in for Furnance and AC protection plan. Dustin paid a visit and gave great advice on what to be done. I ended up upgrading my furnance and AC. Dustin and his team did a great job on the installation. Very professional service.. greatly satisfied.

On September 26/16, we had a horrible flood. I contacted Reliance to inspect the water heater and the furnace. They came out the next day and deemed them both unsafe. Betty came by and the water heater was replaced the next day and the furnace was replaced 3 days later. The installers were courteous, fast and efficient. The products are the best. I love the furnace. It is very energy efficient. Betty is wonderful! Easy to deal with and always available.

I had a new furnace and a/c installed today by Ryan and Aaron. They were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and experienced and showed great respect for my property, home and animals. They were really efficient, fast and worked well together. He explained what they did, anything they had to change on the fly and was quite thorough on explaining how to use the new thermostat and how it all functioned. When they were done they cleaned up everything and you couldn't even tell they were in the house. Their boss even showed up and brought coffee for the guys and myself as well. That was a huge bonus to see how well they treat their employees.

Branch and AJ came to install my furnace in a professional and timely matter . They took the time to explain everything to me and to show me how the thermostat worked. I would recommend this company and their workers to my friends and family.
