We decided to get an air conditioner for next summer.Steve to our home and explained all about the unit.He mentioned goverment grants as well as a discount reliance was giving.It made a big difference to us to save money on this install.He did the paperwork for the goverment grant.Chris Z came to install the unite and was pleasant to deal with.We have been customers of Reliance for Quite a few years now and have always had great service for anything we have done.I recommend them to anyone for any services they provide

We recently decided to make the upgrade from out 50GAL water heater to a tankless water heater (Rinnai RUC98i). For starters we are absolutely trilled knowing we are saving a bundle over the life of the unit, as we will be using less gas/energy to heat our water, and not to mention how much space we have added in our furnace room. Knowing how much the conventional water heater energy it was consuming, and wasting was ridiculous. Nevertheless, we made the move and Jarred D. was our point-man for the install. He was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all my questions and emails. The installation team were prompt and courteous with the install, even laying carpet over our floors and stairs to limit dirt in the home. We were told the install would take 4-6 hours, the team finished in about 2 hours. After the install we experienced some issues, the appliances on our main floor -- laundry, fridge and dishwasher stopped working. There was no incoming water. We reported the issue with Jarred immediately (Sunday morning). By Monday afternoon, we had the install team back on-site, and were able to resolve our issue within an hour. Overall the process upgrading was great, the customer service was excellent, and quality of work was terrific. I would highly recommend Reliance, Jarred, and/or Mike and Ryan (Install team) any day! Ken Hill did and excellent job at replacing my hot water tank. He took the time to explain why my original tank failed. Ken is very efficient and neat in his installation work. He took extra care when moving the tanks up and down my newly install interlocking front steps. THANK KEN!

Love the home protection plan. Have used it 3 or 4 times since starting the plan. Don't have to worry anymore about heating, cooling or plumbing issues. Great for those of us who aren't handymen!

On September 19th I discovered our air conditioner is leaking, called Reliance (they installed our system 2 years ago). The specialist came in 2 hours. Very quickly discovered the issue, cleaned up tubes (both on conditioner and underfloor's one!). He even did quick check on furnace system and fixed a few small issues. In addition he made our fan (from furnace) working by finding issue with wire (it is electricity already)! Thank you very much to Mario C, RSC 2575 for such visit of highest quality! Mario as well reported to installation department that their installation distance between furnace and water tank not safe and told us that they should call us and come to fix it (we still did not get call beck yet, however:) ).

Bill & Wes did an absolutely fantastic job of installing our furnace & air conditioner. They started at 8 a.m. & didn't even stop for a break till project was finished. Also they explained to us how to use system & look after it, & what to do if we had a problem. Would highly recommend these two young men & their customer service & work ethic to anyone.

Went through the reliance website and put in a home visit for 5:30 pm on a Friday and they booked it no questions asked, which is good for me as i work in construction so im out of the house from 6 in the morning to 5 at night. The sales representative Alok Shah was great to deal with. He was very informative was able to explain every detail of what was going to be done so that anyone would understand. We were given many choices of products and method of payments as well as any and all rebates that we would be available for. We were able to get an installation date for 3 days after the home visit (so from first contact to the furnace and A/C being in stalled was a total of 6 days). We were very satisfied with dealing with Reliance and recommend them to anyone that need their furnace and A/C replaced.

After almost a fatal experience re-lighting our 18 yr old fireplace. Reliance was quick to reply to our request to check all our Natural Gas heating equipment. We were confident of each representatives concerns for our safety and peace of mind. Within days we had our 18 yr old furnace and A/C unit replaced and our peace of mind back.

We had a plumber called Phil. He was very professional and courteous. Phil advised us of the problems with stones at the bottom of the hole where the sump pump goes and he removed them. Phil removed our battery or water backup sump pump and suggested a battery backup pump which we are having installed in a couple of days. My husband and I would recommend Reliance to our friends.
