    HVAC

    I would have given this company a 10 if not for a minor hiccup. Andrew McMaster, the sales agent, was really helpful from beginning to end, that's why I'm still giving them 9.

    New Air Conditioner

    Very satisfied with (Tim and Alan) technicians who removed old A/C and installed new AC. Very polite and diligent. Let the inside and outside of the house as they found them. Highly recommend them.

    New High Efficiency Furnace and AC unit install

    I want to say thank you to the non union team of Nick & Norm, this team were able to perform the task that the unionized installers from Reliance were not prepared to do, however Reliance was able to pull together Nick and Norm who installed my new furnace and AC unit, and like a masterful Industrial design duo they created a seamless install of both pieces of equipment. My house is more than 100 years old and with this latest change to a high efficiency unit I am finally feeling a good flow of air to my upper level of my Victorian home. I would highly recommend that if you have need of a new AC or Heating unit to give the guys at Reliance a call, see if you can get Nick and Norm, they worked nonstop and cleaned up after they were done, my furnace looks fantastic and the way that Nick fashioned sheet metal into the frame it looks more like a custom sheet metal Harlequin box than ductwork .

    Water heater replacement

    2 very professional techs arrived to remove old heater and install new heater. They were very informative and efficient. Thanks guys. Good job. They cleaned area under old heater before installing new one. Explained the new features, and what to do in case of extended power outage.

    hot water tank not heating water completely

    Very happy with service friendly, fast. And courteous Josh came and fiigured our the peoblen very quickly, and wecwere very satusfied with the results happy withe the service same day would recommend Reliance

    Hot Water

    We were without hot water so I called in to Reliance to have our tank serviced. A technician by the name of Steve L. called ahead and let me know he was on his way. He was on time and very polite. He worked quickly and efficiently and diagnosed to problem in a flash. I was very impressed. He showed me what he fixed and what caused the problem to occur. Thank you for the great service.

    water heater swap

    I called to switch my water heater. Andy came the next day to check to make sure it was possible to switch it and was very nice. He booked me in for the next day. Andy and Dan came back the next day and were in and out in under and hour. They were awesome. Very nice, friendly and left me feeling confident in their work.

    hot water tank replacement

    My hot water tank broke down on Tuesday and by Wednesday it was replaced. Brandon Z came out to do the service call and determined that the tank had to be replaced and while there he suggested that the furnace be checked if it hadn't been done for a while. He discovered a crack in the plenum that was leaking small amounts of C02 and the furnace had to be condemned. Glad he found that as my mother lives in the in-law-suite on that level. Thanks Brandon for the great work. The new unit was installed by Nick who did it quickly and efficiently and I was delighted with the service from both of these gentlemen.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Just a quick note to thank Reliance and especially Christian Janssens for their quick response to our emergency call regarding our burst water tank. Christian contacted me promptly, arrived on said time, and provided excellent service. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Christian to others. From phone call to Reliance to job completion by Christian, all done within 2 hours. Thank you again, Steve and Teresa Blain

    Absolutely frustrated

    Worst decision to make. Changed furnace, have been freezing in my own home since then. Called sales manager, customer service and have had multiple technicians come and check. They found fault in their set up one time, but it's not like anything was fixed. To anyone thinking of investing in it, please save your money and invest in actually buying a furnace from an individual seller. I was holding off on writing this review, but things have gotten out of control where they want to trap you into their contract and rules. I am still trying to contact them to just get the furnace out of my house. I am tired of freezing in my own home and investing in something that doesn't work. If anyone knows the number to a higher authority, please pass it along - I'm sure I'm not the only one to be sent in circles with them. I'm done talking to the same people who refuse to budge (aka customer service and sales manager).
