Alan as adviser, Rod and Fred as installer for my air conditioner from Reliance provided me good price and quick service for my townhome at Niagara on the Lake. I had ac installed in two days. come on-time, very detail work, put things in right order and place. very satisfaction for the service. recommend. Always trust reliance.

It was time to replace a furnace. I decided to opt for a high efficiency model. The Reliance home comfort Company was reviewed favourably and offered the best network of service. The Advisor I dealt with was knowledgable and easy to deal with. the installers were great. So far, they delivered as promised.

I called when my hot water stopped working around 7:10pm. The woman on the phone told me a technician would be out between 7-11pm the same day. I waited up until 10:45pm and called again to find out when the technician was coming, only to be told that the person scheduling the call had made a mistake. Because my call was made after 7:00pm, the "head office" had cancelled my appointment. No one called to tell me that the technician wasn't coming or to ask me to reschedule. I was told my option was to schedule the next day- yet another 4 hour window in the late afternoon. In the mean time, with a small baby in the house, I'm exhausted and without hot water...not impressed.

Tom G came to my house to give me pricing on a new furnace. He gave me many suggestions on ways to save money on gas & electricity, which was very helpful having a house full of 5 children! I am thoroughly satisfied with Reliance's aid and professionalism. A big thank you to Tom I will definitely be inclined to call Reliance with any problems and/or issues I may have in the future. Thanks for such an exceptional quality and customer care.

We woke up Sunday morning to no hot water. The tank was leaking and being from Ontario we had no idea who to call. We called reliance as we use to deal with them there. The lady on the phone was a bit difficult to understand, but sent out someone that day. The service guy who came out Lorne came out and was great! He did have to give us the news we needed a new tank, but he called a sales rep for us and John came out right away! He even left his family dinner to take care of mine. He set up an installation for a new tankless hot water unit for the next day. The install guys have also been amazing even taking care not to mark my floors or dirty the carpet. I am so glad reliance is in Calgary now!

Ahsan the guy that came to install our new furnace and Water tank was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. His partner was good too. They both worked very hard during the weekend to ensure we had hot water and heat! :)

Technician was here within 1 hour of my call. I thought there was an issue with my hot water tank. Andrew was extremely thorough and discovered it was a plumbling issue. He was extremely thorough with his explanation and very knowledgable and courteous. If all technicians are like Andrew, then Reliance you are to be congratulated!

We finally got around to replacing our inconsistent furnace and AC units this Spring, and were treated to a really great customer experience by our installers Scott and Idris. Both went above and beyond to be as informative and helpful as possible. They took time to walk us through the work they were doing, took excellent care keeping things clean during the install and were economical with their time. It was decided that a sturdy platform should be created for our AC unit and they asked to come back on another day to take care of it. A few weeks later we coordinated a morning that would work best. Scott and Idris showed up right on time, equipped with the tools and materials to build the platform. Once done, the unit was installed and then tested--at which point it was discovered that here was a small leak in one of the valves. They brought it to my attention and made the decision to have a whole new unit delivered. Less than two hours later, it arrived and was promptly installed. The fellows both took great time to answer any and all questions, walk us through everything we needed to know and how best to maximize the efficiency of our brand new units. Hands-down, a great experience with this company from start to finish.

Turns out the igniter and control board on my hot water heater both malfunctioned. Maric was awesome. Fixed everything that he needed to quickly while educating along the way. Give the guy a raise.

Had a new furnace and AC installed today to replace my almost 20 year old model. By the way, renting a system is the way to go. Shane and his crew were there right on time and worked throughout the day. The crew were great, tarps on the floor, boot covers worn etc.. They were knowledgable, friendly, respectful. Job was completed as promised that day. The site was left clean and the furnace and AC were installed professionally. They not only work but look great. They made sure that everything on the new system was explained to me. Would highly recommend these guys.
