    furnace

    we Had problem with heater coil unit. decided to upgrade our old unit for new air handling . Darius Chichgur provided excellent info and service so we ordered new equip. for our home. Tim Walker.

    Furnace Service

    Called late in day re furnace problem. Technician arrived that afternoon earlier than promised, resolved problem by installing new controller board. Two days later the vent motor stopped and a second called technician arrived and had new motor installed before the supplier closed for the day. Great job John and Adam. Best response from any company I dealt with.

    Water heater meltdown

    Sadly, my water heater was having some kind of breakdown and there was much hissing and sputtering in my utility room, though not much in the way of hot water. I promptly called Reliance and was rewarded with a cheerful operator telling me she would arrange a service call right away. I could choose from a variety of time windows, covering from 10am to 11pm! Shortly before my appointment window began, the services technician, Jason M., called to make sure I would be home if he came a little early. He arrived very soon after, had all his stuff with him and he was able to tell me what the trouble was, how he was going to fix it and how long it would take. True to his word, I had a brand new water tank installed, the old one hauled away with zero effort on my part. Now that’s an awesome thing!! The best part is, he brought these cool red runners to cover my carpets and tiles, protecting them from the old tank as it was hauled out and from the new tank and its trolley on the way in. All in all, it was a great experience. Jason was helpful and gave me all the information I needed, the house was just the way he found it when he arrived and, as a bonus, he happily tolerated my annoying little dogs. Thanks for the great work!!

    furnace and air conditioner

    I am the owner of 3 restaurants. Needless to say I go out of my way to please customers. It was a pleasure to deal with Mike, Andrew and Jon. They were professional, courteous and proficient. They took the time to explain how each unit worked and told us to call them if there were any issues. It's nice to see excellent customer service. It really is hard to find these days.     Water Tank Maintenance

    Derek P was a fantastic Service Technician and arrived ready to investigate the situation in my home. He determined after doing a thorough check (much appreciated) exactly what was causing the difficulty and proceeded to provide much needed advice with potential installations and services available.     Water tankless

    I call company and Andrew M'Master came he was so helpful and explain everything we ask for and even more, very responsible and reliable..     Hot Water Tank replacement / replace venting pipe material

    I received incredible customer service from Reliance tech Tim Sylvester (empl. #3520). Not only was her the first tech to come to our house when our Hot Water Tank bubbled out and was about to burst (he came within 30 minutes) but when the service techs failed to show up for the appointment the next day, later to come and refuse to do the work, I requested them to send Tim back. He did, and was willing to do the extra work to do the job right. Everything was done well and clean. I honestly couldn't be happier and that's saying a lot as I was pretty upset earlier in the day and even had a competitor come out to price out a hot water tank sale + maintenance contract. Tim (and the customer service person Brian Green) were friendly and both went above and beyond, helping keep this customer happy and keep this customer with Reliance. Great work!!

    Service Star

    Needed a new water heater after 16 years and I rent from Reliance. They were extremely responsive and the worker/professional was Josh Z. He really took time to educate me about the heater as well as other areas including the service plan. Was extremely neat making sure no mess in the house and gave me some great tips! I would highly recommend and trust Josh and the Reliance team.
