    Shady tactics

    Tried to get me buy a new furnace when I am already renting one from them. Tech Jason said it couldn't be repaired while another tech had no problem repairing it. Shady tactics. Watch out for a tech named

    Change new motor

    Technician did a quick and efficient job in installing the motor as well as checking for other issues all. Also check for Carbon di oxide as well. Highly recommend Mario's service.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    14 year old noisy Furnace service call revealed bad burner and dying blower fan. No repair option, so had to replace. Technician named Jason Silva explained the situation completely and made a sales appointment for that evening. Brendan Murray identified our needs, explained our options and we negotiated on terms. Recommendation to replace the AC as it was also 14 yrs old would save in long run if done both at same time. Brendan explained the benefits plainly, no jargon. Rental option was best for us (cash cost up to $10k!), including a series of incentives for being 1. Plan member 2. Equipment rebate 3. Government energy efficiency rebate. Furnace and AC installed within 24hrs. Home is well heated now, and the furnace is whisper quiet. Quality work, quality service. I would recommend them.

    Installation of new Furnace

    Excellent service. Showed up on time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sales rep was thorough, in explaining the different options. The installers were very courteous, and there was no mess to clean up.

    Great Job

    16 year old water heater died. Replaced within 24 hours. Excellent service. Wes C did a great job figuring out how to solve the non-code piping without having to rip apart my basement ceiling. Very professional and courteous service. Impressive service.

    New Everything - Furnace, A/C, Water Heater

    Met with Brendan Murray today. Our furnace basically died. Brendan was great we went through all our options. Gave us the best option for our needs. Answered all my questions even when I asked them twice and my husband the third. He was able to help us figure out what our long terms needs were and from there make a informed decision that would best suit our family in the long run.

    Faulty solenoid, fixed quick after originally told to replace whole unit

    After originally being told that the unit was unserviceable, Sahil was on site within the set time, and had us and running in no time, with no fuss, or major problems. Sahil is a smart technician who's service I would recommend highly to anyone.

    Furnace and air conditioner

    Never in my life did I get a service that I was this upset over. I came home to my basement flooded. Yep I said it flooded. The condensation pump wasn't working and it was new. Now I have to get someone to come and clean it. You would think they would make sure it was all fixed what happened if it was a gas leak? Or worse. Maybe they need to pay more attention to detail I am VERY disappointed in the service I received. But on a side note the gentle man tonight was very kind and took his time and he understood why I was upset and directed me to this review. Thank you Chris B 907 for your work tonight he should do the training!!!!!!!!

    Furnace service

    Adam Walker from Reliance did an excellent job servicing my furnace. He was professional and explained the work he did. He corrected an issue that I didn't know I had and now my furnace heats the house quickly just as he said.

    Furnace and Water Heater repair.

    Adam L was an informative, professional and service oriented representative for your company. He went through the time and effort to explain the issues with my furnace and was thorough and transparent in his time in my house. The advice on how to maintain the furnace and water heater so they stay in good working order was invaluable. He not did he not compromise safety, but he was passionate about it in his work. Adam made safety a cornerstone and made sure he did the job right. Quality service. The minor issue I had in getting a hold of the call centre was more than compensated by the easy on line service reservation. Great experience and I will turn to Reliance again for preventative maintenance, repair and installation work it the future. Keep technicians like Adam as ambassadors of Reliance's culture and focus on customer service.
