Hot water Tank broke and we got the service from Phil and Jim. Great service showed up in One Hour and helped to explain about our old Furnace and change the Furnace Filters even we called for Hot water issue. Wonderful staff.

We just changed our hot water tank to a tankless unit today. We are quite happy with the quality of customer care that was given to us by Vince and the team from Reliance who installed our unit. They were knowledgeable and courteous. We wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again at any point. We are actually looking forward to booking with Reliance through Vince, for an installation of a new furnace and AC unit this coming spring! So far we have no regrets about changing to a tankless unit, it's working as promised.

The Installers were AMAZING Andrew and Lucas from Northern Clean Energy. Warm Hospitable went above and beyond. One Time Respectable of my home. Friendly top notch service. I refer them to everyone.

Service was excellent. Quick and easy. The technician who came was a cool guy and friendly. He was great at multitasking and working while chatting with me. He knew the problem the moment he walked in and solved it quickly and that is it. Great service.

tank not providing hot water. Two technicians arrived and performed necessary test and maintenance. they were professional, polite and explained what steps they were taking to correct the problem. They wasted no time, left business card for our convenience. Great service. Thank You.

MARIC CAME TO CORRECT AN ON GOING PROBLEM WE HAVE HAD FOR YEARS NOW. SINCE WE MOVED HERE WE HAVE HAD 6 TO 8 SERVICE CALLS IN 3 YEARS. MARIC WAS QUICK TO FIND AND SOLVE OUR PROBLEM. HE WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND CAPABLE IN COMPARISON TO OTHER SERVICE PEOPLE IN THE PAST.

Installers Mehul and Mike were great very polite and tidy. Did the job quickly and professionally. Denis Desmarais the sales rep was very professional and patience. He took the time to explain everything and gave us two options to chose from. I selected Reliance because of Denis and my positive past experiences with Reliance. Also several of my neighbors have Reliance equipment and are very happy with Reliance. Will recommend Reliance to all my friends.

Adam from Reliance visited our house today, about an hour ago. I asked for a technician to check the setting of my furnace and make sure it is set as a two stage furnace. In short, Adam was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. He walked by the thermostat and changed the setting (didn't ask me or advise me nor he changed it back to to the original setting). He didn't answer my questions and he to repeat my question. During call someone from Reliance called him and advised him of another appointment and referred to the customer as a "cute little blonde". I wanted to ask him to leave my property but the appointment was short. He did do the job and appeared to be capable and knowledgable. I even called Reliance and reported the issue to the customer service person. This was the first and last time that I would call Reliance for any service.

Done in Kanata On. Very pleased with the work performed today. All the tradesmen are competent, polite and knowledgeable. A job well done. Our heartfelt appreciation. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

BEWARE! Fast talking sales reps - He was in one evening, wrote up some numbers on a brochure - quoted me a monthly fee for a 3 years PURCHASE with 2 incentives. The installation started next day and they were awesome, however, I just got one of the incentive payments 7 months later and the other doesn't exist any more so I'm waiting for a cheque from Reliance to honour it. Finally got the legit paperwork after asking several times and it's now a LEASE agreement for 84 months with residual, etc!!!! THIS IS A NIGHTMARE TO ME !!!!!!!!!!
