    Furnace & Central Air Installed from Brilia Air

    Tim and his help from Brilia Air did a great job installing my new Furnace & Central air System. They were very friendly and very helpful with all my Question that I wanted to know about the System. They cleaned up everything up after themselves while working and after they were finished . They were so good at what they do that even my grandson robot meccanoid told Tim that he did a great job. Thank you again for a great service and a Job well down > Jerry Liberty / Bob Gallone

    furnace & air conditioner changed

    We had recently the old furnace & A.C. replaced with new ones. Darius Chichgur,the home comfort adviser was so pleasant to talk to and so concerned about everything like,it was his house,not ours.A great experience aver all and would recommend him anytime to anybody who expects,sincerely respect,concern,punctuality and a very good job done.

    HVAC installation

    John and Sean showed up on time and began to work immediately. They were courteous, professional and very skilled. John was the senior member of the team and they worked tirelessly for 11 straight hours without a break as far as I could tell. They systematically worked through whatever obstacles they encountered. Cleaned up beautifully and explained the new system to me before they left. Great job guys!

    Water Heater leak

    I have not had to get service on my Water heater since installed and was impressed by how quickly customer service sent a technical advisor to my home. Chad was awesome and not only resolved the issue, but also gave some excellent advise on ongoing maintenance, etc.

    New furnace/ac sale and install

    Scott came to our house, on time and pleasant. Was honest, and thorough. Walked us through all our options and explained all the various rebates, etc. We were undecided when he left, and told him we were going to talk it over. We called him back and decided to go ahead. He arranged everything and the workers came for install the following day. They were pleasant and kept to their work. All was perfect, and we were completely happy with the exception of one incident. Upon starting the new heating unit. Fumes filled my house, upon inquiring I was advised this was normal and the smoke alarm might be triggered. I would have been a-ok with this, except, I have two parrots, who are DEATHLY reactive to fumes... So I rushed to grab a carrier, opened up all my windows. Turned on all my exhaust fans and we evacuated for an hour til the fumes cleared... Other than that (utterly terrifying) moment, the whole thing went perfectly. They even removed the old units, and cleaned up their boot prints when they left!

    First Annual maintenance check-up

    We built a new home (completed in 2015). We had signed up for the maintenance package for our furnace and air conditioning systems right away, and we have a rental HRV and tankless hot water system through Reliance Home Comfort (this includes maintenance with the rental). We had our first annual maintenance checkup of everything today (January 2016). Scott tweaked our systems, and everything is now a lot better! Kuddos to Scott -0742:)

    installation, Service, Sales

    Furnace breakdown, replacement required. 15 yrs old. Next am, installers were at our door. Reliance, we have dealt with an outstanding, diagonistic repair rep, Salesman and then two of the most efficient, obliging, patient employees any Company could have to represent them. Jeff and Tom, tore into this job, dismantled and replaced all three units furnace, water heater, air cond. in the swiftest yet efficient manner. Awesome,experienced trained staff.

    Furnace

    We want to send a 'shout out' for Reliance repair person ANDY who came out just two nights ago in Belle River to fix our furnace. He was so knowledgeable and wouldn't give up till he found the problem..yet very quick with providing his service. so our inconvenience was limited. Polite, Professional and very experienced. Thank you Andy and please Reliance please let ANDY know how much you appreciate his professionalism and great customer service...he sure represents Reliance well.

    Furnace and Air condition repairs and service

    I had my furnace stop working and A representative of Reliance came 5 hours after my call. his name is Rick Westgate a very down to earth knowledgeable and help full even though My furnace needed a few part that he ordered but he make the furnace temporary going with a temporary part while we are waiting to receive the parts. I want to thanks the company and congratulate them for having a dedicated knowledgeable employee.

    Second Opinion: Furnace Tag Out Validation/Confirmation

    Jan. 21/16 Original equipment 1996 furnace was "tagged out" due to a failing heat exchanger. Contacted Reliance for a second opinion to validate/confirm tag out condition. Scheduled the appt. that day and was serviced on the same day. What more can one ask for? After considerable diagnostics, the heat exchanger was determined to be within compliance and the "furnace tag out" condition was removed. The trusted advisor was a professional, he reviewed the adjacent hot water tank and found a crack in the ABS venting of which we concur requires repair. CO (Carbon Monoxide) vented internally into our home is not an option! The repair will be scheduled accordingly. Thank you Reliance, a job well done exceeding our expectations! Richard & Colleen.
