We called Reliance with a concern of the age and reliablity of our 18 year old water heater. A technician (Jason #1824) arrived a few hours later the same day and deemed a new one was in order for our piece of mind. Jason was able to schedule the new water heater be installed the next morning. Jason arrived at 10:00 a.m and was prompt (1 Hr.) with the install. Had a friendly demeanor while in our home. Terrific customer service

Daniel from the Burlington office came out to assess our needs and provide us with many options for a new central air conditioner unit. He was very knowledgeable about the products and trustworthy. He provided many options within our budget. He even came back a second time when we had more questions. He was on time and made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend him and use him again for future needs. Matt came to do the install. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, on time and cleaned up after himself. I would also recommend matt and would use him again in the future. Overall this has been a fantastic experience. We feel we received very good value for our money and have the peace of mind that the job was done well and properly. Thank you reliance.

My water heater was leaking and I called for a service call. The 1st technician who came promptly suggested that Reliance should replace the unit. He drained the tank and replaced the shut of switch and said a new tank would be installed the next day. The next day Danny Potts the Technician, installed the new tank. He explained what he had done, and all features of the new unit. Danny was very professional, quick and left the area clean. I was very impressed,. I would certainly recommend Reliance - Both technicians, were very knowledgeable about their work, and very pleasant young men .J in Markham

Noticed my water heater was leaking and called Reliance at 4pm. They were able to send someone over right away at 9pm. Upon inspection, they needed to install a brand new water heater and another service appointment was scheduled for 2 days later. Luckily, the leaking was minimal. Daniel (#2707) came as scheduled and replaced the water heater within one hour. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and needed to turn the gas and water off for the duration. He also placed mats over my carpet in the basement to prevent water damage as he wheeled the water heater away. The leaking water was a brownish-red colour so luckily it did not damage my carpet. I am very happy with the service provided by both Daniel (#2707) and Reliance.

I got a new furnace put in and Daniel and Christopher were very good , polite , clean and took the time to explain to me about the furnace and thermostat. I am very satisfied :-)

Got home from the Caribbean to a frozen house call them at 2 AM they were here by 2 PM fast and efficient house is warm and it's 240 PmGreat job had all parts on hand professional and very knowledgeable thank you reliance

Jason #1824 came out to replace a damaged water heater almost immediately after being called and changed his schedule around to accommodate us. Thank you Jason for your excellent, fast service in our condo residence.
