I had a technician Jason come by my house today to repair my water heater. I just wanted to send a quick note to say thanks for how quick and seamless the repair was. Jason worked promptly, was professional and friendly to my dog! Great work.

Brendan is very prompt and attentive. We were impressed with his knowledge and caring attitude and really look forward to work with him again. He is very customer oriented and believe he is a very good asset for the organization

Couldn't get pilot light to come on, no hot water in the house. Called for a tech at 7:36am. Phil (great guy!) was on my driveway by 8:40am, and the repair was carried out with professionalism that I haven't experienced in a long time. I meant it most sincerely when I say, "Thank you." This is a rented hot water tank, needed to be replaced. The installer was quick, clean and watched the walls and floors. Very Polite! There had been an error in my appointment time and after waiting an hour I called in...they had someone there in 45 minutes.

The job was done very professionally by Dean and Sherry. Excellent work and would recommend them for sure. They answered any questions I had. Very respectful and courteous. The area was clean when they were done.

I got a very good impression from Lina Alviar so I trusted her at the beginning. Her explanation about Reliance and the furnace/air conditioner was so clear and it made us be happy to trust her. We were happy she gave us a good deal so we decided to go with her. Thank you Reliance and Lina! I will recommend her to our friends so highly !

Original tank leaked, water went to sump pump. Called Reliance 10.00 a.m. was told service person would arrive between 11.00a.m. and 2.00p.m. Service man arrived at 12.15 p.m. laid protective runners on stairs to basement and carpeted areas. Removed old unit and installed new one (water,gas,flue) cleaned up and was gone by 1.30 p.m. Really excellent technician. RCW 1772 David

All I have to say is from the time I called this afternoon to when the service tech - Evan C. - showed up this evening- early in the time range I was given too! - it was a great experience. Evan C. was extremely professional, informative, and efficient. It took him 10 minutes to identify and resolve the issue. We are very satisfied.
