Our furnace was running almost continuously and giving little heat, so we called Reliance because of our Comfort Protection Plan. A service tech was sent to our door in 15 minutes! He advised us of an unsafe condition, shut off the gas, and arranged for a comfort advisor to visit us within a few hours. We ordered a new furnace from him and he left us with temporary electric heaters while we waited a few days for installation. Today Dan and Andrew installed a new furnace and removed the old one. They were professional and friendly, explaining what they were doing and taking care to keep our house clean. We were impressed by Dan's communication skills as he explained features of the new furnace , gave us maintenance tips, and demonstrated how to navigate the menus of our new thermostat while he programmed it for us. We couldn't be happier with our service from Reliance.
