We rent our hot water tank. I called for service on the hot water tank and took advantage of a preventative maintenance service. IT showed what we suspected...our furnace was on it's last legs. We booked an appointment and discussed our options. Everyone was knowledgeable from the girls at the office to the sales rep and the installers. Our unit was installed at the agreed upon time, and took the exact amount of time they predicted. Chris and Andrew were very tidy with all their work, making last minute clean up a breeze! I really appreciate that Steve, Chris and Andrew all acknowledged my two dogs and gave them some "love." They didn't have to, but I noticed :) Thank you for the excellent service!

We had the pleasure of having our water heater replaced today, November 24, 2015 by tech Brian, number 2315. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and friendly. He paid attention to detail and put down the red carpet to remove the old water tank so as to not damage the carpet we had just put down only a few days ago, This was very much appreciated. Thank you again for the wonderful service provided by your tech Brian.

we had no hot water. we called and they sent out a repair man. his name is fred j .#2962. he was amazing, he had the repair done within 20 minutes

My family and I are really happy with the service and installment. At first we tried two other companies. One declined the work because of the limited space ( too much work). The other company was too expensive and I didn't feel like they were going to do a proper job (i.e following code terms). When I went with reliance I felt a great deal of trust, everything was done efficiently and thoroughly explained to me. Also, reliance made it work no matter the circumstances. Thank-you for your service, we appreciate it.

We were refereed by my sister-in-law, Reliance has a referral program where both you and the person that referred you get something back for getting/giving them business. I will gladly refer a family member/friend. We met with Amy last night, she was really informative and answered all our questions, she even repeated the information to my husband because he wasn't in the room when we started. She went through all the information with us and wrote a break down on estimates of what we will save with the new system. With the rebate ($650.00) and the total months already given to us with no payments ( 8 plus the 1 month for being referred), that's a total of about 14 months with no payments. We were able to scheduled the installation for the following day. So far we are very happy with our experience. I will write another review for the installation.

They owed my mom money and after my mom follows up multiple times the measly $17 goes into collections without notice. They didn't try to call her. Extremely disappointed in their services and the way they've handled this matter. $17 into collections just to tarnish a credit history record? Not at all impressed. Thank you for a krappy 11 months Reliance!

Service rep Brad #3409 was very helpful and efficient in repairing our water heater. The time taken to get an appointment was too long, but he did a great job and was very helpful in answering our questions.

I just wanted to let you know what an excellent experience we just had with Reliance Home Comfort. The two gentlemen that worked on our system were fantastic (Mark and John). They were here past 8:00 pm. They were friendly, approachable, helpful and very knowledgeable about the system they were installing. I felt comfortable with them in my home and was so impressed with their approach towards my family, my home, and my little barking dog ! Thanks for a great experience! All companies need employees like this!
