Our family is very pleased with the technicians installing our new AC system. The new system is working very well, efficient and definitely a huge difference from the previous system we had. Overall, the work was done very professionally and finished at a reasonable time, therefore we are satisfied with the service.

Had no water for 24 hours. Contacted the 24 hour service number to find a pleasant receptionist who booked an appointment for me within 12 hours. Tech (Jason M.) arrived on time and was in and out , no mess, no hassle and best of all no cost. Very efficient and effective service provided , which unfortunately is a rarity these days. Service was good , problem was with promise from sales advisor , when deal was made for the furnace a/c i was promised an upgrade on water heater and free chimney liner , water heater was already 18 yrs old , almost three months passed with no heater or free liner , this passed fri. the heater decided to flood my finished rec. room , emailed advisor Eren who said to contact him with any needs , he says to use the 800 # , won't answer phone or return messages , i then had to take on a new pv 40 instead of conventional like i was promised at extra $$ , ruined carpet , no hot water for two days , hassle of the whole ordeal , all because my deal was not kept by sales advisor , new heater install went great , the tech Troy was very courteous

I have Reliance Rental water heater since 2008 and never ever an issue. Suddenly yesterday ( Sunday) after we felt for getting cold water all over ( shower , kitchen, was room). I tried to reset, but could not . Then I called customer service , with Jon 5-7 minutes I was assured Technician visit for tomorrow morning. Tech came @9:30am and fixed the problem by changing controller ( pricing $565), which costs us zero for being rental. Thanks to all for quick and fast service. Also I signed up for Furnace / Air conditioner annual service contract as Reliance is very prompt and reliable. Anil Mishra / Kiran Mishra , Guelph,ON

We were very disappointed with Reliance' service last week. Problem with the AC (apparently not uncommon for this model). It took close to 4 days to fix. Very unlikely that we would recommend the company to any one.

Andy came out on time, was very pleasant and was done in less than 10 minutes. We were able to book a new heater then and there. He was very flexible with timing for next appointment.

Joseph showed up on time on Sunday of the labour day weekend and inspected and replaced the water heater in my rental unit with no problems or issues for me or my tenants. Very few contractors or service companies even come close to providing this kind of value. As an added bonus he was cheerful and even enjoys his work. Thanks Joseph.

my hot water heater was leaking we called and service tech tyler 2392 and joe 2310 came out to replace the tank. they were very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. i am very impressed with the service provided

My ac unit on one of the hottest days of the year. Rob came over, fixed it awesomely! We talked about the Jays and my dogs love him. Thank you Rob.

While inspecting my A/C unit, a service tech noticed a crack in the fan exhaust from the hot water tank. As this could result in deadly gases being released into my basement, the tech called immediately to set up an appointment for replacement. Less than 24 hrs later, Warren (2445) arrived with a new tank and PVC to replace the existing one. Within an hour and a half, he was done, hinted that I should give him a good rating online and left. I went outside a couple of days later and noticed that he had cut off the wrong exhaust pipe and left it flush with the bricking. If I hadn't noticed, critters and rain and snow would easily crawl or blow up into my furnace exhaust. Not only that, he left all the cut pieces laying on the grass in the backyard. Not very professional service from a company that I have never before had an issue with.
