    Replacement of Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Consultant was efficient and knowledgable and he described the product options well and in detail. The challenges seem to be with the service folks that reliance out-sources. The Furnace and Air installation was very quick and they put them in well and to my utmost satisfaction. I also had a water - heater install which I had to chase Reliance for. When I finally had a service appointment I came home to find they had installed a tank heater instead of the tankless system I had been quoted and had ordered. Clearly there are a bunch of hands in this pie and they're not all talking to one another. I also had challenges getting paperwork for the purchase, likely due to an incorrect email address, but who knows. Bottom line, details have to be nailed down when dealing with Reliance.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning

    From the first call regarding our rented water heater that had burst, to the decision to replace the our 38 yr old furnace and aircon, I received prompt and professional care. Joe Eckert was the Representative I dealt with, and he explained everything clearly, from the process regarding energy efficient Government rebates, to advice on which product was the best option for our home. Due to being mid winter and the fact we were having work done in our backyard in the Spring, completion of the installation required more than one trip, ie initial installation of the furnace, subsequent removal of the aircon in Spring to enable work, and a return to install aircon in a different location once our backyard work was completed. With each call and question, Joe Eckert always returned my calls promptly & ensured the process was completed to my satisfaction. The Thank You note and box of delicious chocolate hand delivered to my mailbox was a complete surprise and a very 'sweet' ending to the entire process. Thank You.

    Broken AC

    First off, I do not normally review ant products or services but I figured after today this one earned a review. My tech was Rob #4238 and he was unbelievable, I had multiple issues with my AC in which he corrected very quickly, which was surprising considering its a 22 year old machine. He then spent time after with me discussing and recommending my next unit because lets face it after 22 years for a furnace and air conditioner I figure I am on borrowed time. I felt 0 sales pressure though and all in all he was just very polite and just looking to help.

    Water Heater

    My water heater & vent fan keeps coming on whether I use Hot Water or not Also the minute I start to use Hot Water the vent fan comes on and waste electricity for 25 minutes each time.Complete waste of energy but no one from Reliance can help with this problem.

    Air conditioning

    From the first phone conversation with Rodney, I was impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were helpful and courteous and efficient. I had it installed the next day! Mark and his crew members were awesome with the installation and answered all of my questions. Great service! I couldn't be happier!

    Furnace and AC

    Our builder furnace was not heating our grandsons room in the winter (had to set it to 80!) and was hot in the summer. Finally we had enough and called Darryl from Reliance. We went with something a little higher than expected but was worth it. Chris, Kevin and their crew did a FANTASTIC job with their install, their work was clean professional and fast. We live in the renovated basement and we notice how quiet the new Amana system is, especially the air conditioner. We are going to save on utility bills and are very happy!

    furnace / AC service

    I had a service techi come to the house today - Nick C #1740. i just want to say that if and when i need service again - please make sure that Nick is the one that comes to my house to do the work. courteous, professional, amenable, and patient as he worked through an issue that would not allow my AC to start up on the hottest day of the year so far! great job. great guy. Don't lose him as he is a valuable part of your service team. i have been renting my furnace AC system from Reliance for 8 years now . the only way to go. Peace of mind and never a payment other than the monthly rental for service etc. excellent deal. and apparently according to Nick i am eligible to upgrade to new more efficient equipment for a similar price to what i am paying now. all in all the best service call i have had to date with an amenable resolution. thanks Nick!

    Replace furnace and central air conditioner

    Daniel B and Andrew F from Reliance replaced our furnace and central air today. They started the work on time and completed in a timely fashion. They were professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All our questions and concerns were answered and they made sure we knew how to operate and maintain all the equipment. Every area of the house they were in was left neat and clean. It was a pleasure to have these gentleman do the install for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Reliance.

    Hot water tank

    I was watering my plants on the weekend and shortly after noticed I had no hot water. I called reliance today and they sent over Wes #2491 who let me know That I shutoff the gas meter to the house not the waterline I was trying to. He quickly found the problem and made me aware of what to turn on/off for future seasons. Thank you for your fast response.
