    Water heater pipe issue.

    One of our copper pipes sprung a small pin hole size leak that was not noticed for about a day. There was a good size puddle on the floor of our laundry room. We immediately called Reliance and they were very professional and courteous. They said a technician would be here between 13:00 and 18:00. The technician (Sylvester) arrived at 13:00 and was awesome to deal with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with ease. We will continue to use Reliance Home Comfort.

    New A/C installation

    Purchased a new A/C unit recently. Installation was done faster than expected with no issues. We were worried the weather might delay things but the team came prepared with a large cover to keep the area dry and get the job done.

    Great installers

    Will and Constantine repaired our AC unit. They were nice and kept the work place tidy and got the job done. They genuinely seemed like they cared about their work and the customer experience. I highly recommend.

    Copy of original water heater rental contract and first invoice.

    Reliance home comfort will not send me a copy of the original water heater rental contract. How can we know what the terms are for original water heater contract? --- Update #1 - SEP 2022 Reliance contact (who responds to complaints on Homestars) helped me get my first invoice after 3-4 months. The new billing system has not allowed the sending of bills to new clients for 3-4 months. Also, they sent an email stating that I was late on payment due to system error, before they even sent the first invoice!

    Customer Service

    We recently required service on our tankless water heater. We called on a Tuesday, Reliance came on the Wednesday. The service tech recommended that we have our water tested, stating that we would benefit from having a water softener. I called Reliance on the Wednesday, Reliance came on the Thursday, tested our water. I decided to have a softener installed. Reliance is set up to install it in 6 days ( 3 days are a w/e and stat). Incredible service. Both Reliance staff were excellent to deal with Jason M and Jacob S. Both explained everything very well and were polite and courteous. Thanks. Great Service. 10 plus

    Heater

    The man from Reliance explained the problem and quickly fix it. After that he clearly explained what will happen if some parts will break down in the future so that I will be aware of it. Good job!

    Furnace and A/C inspection and cleaning

    Great inspection and furnace cleaning by the Reliance representative. Kind, courteous and professional. Knowledge of subject matter was stellar. Very happy.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    I discovered that hot water tank was no longer working Monday night. I was able to call Reliance and schedule the removal and replacement for the next day. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. He explained everything to me and even provided an energy efficient tip if going on vacation. I am truly impressed with Reliance and I am glad I agreed to rent a water tank from them.

    Very professional Team

    First of all Thanks to Kerilee white who helped me in installing Chlro Soft + RO with no hassle. She was very professional and knowledgeable in water softener technology. She provided various options and advised the best option thats suits me. Also she provided best promotion and deal which I don't think other vendor is able to offer. She was continuously following up with me during the installation if I am having any issues and that impressed me a lot and this shows how she takes care of her customers. Also I would like to thank Kevin from installer team who installed the system with no hassle. I am totally satisfied with the reliance Home comfort. Thanks to the whole team.
