Spence came in, super friendly, remembered us from a year ago. He did his best to get us allthe information for a full quote on a tankless water heater. Great job.

Zuzana and her team set the standard for professional customer service. We are very pleased with our new furnace, A/C, hot water heater, upgraded venting, thermostat, the whole nine yards and it was completed quickly and efficiently. I passed this info to our daughter in Markham and she has followed our example with a whole new system. Good job Zuzana!

They have been out three times and it's still not fixed. The second repairman would not believe me and did not have the repair history which was only performed the previous day! He wasted my time by doing nothing! Three different repairman on three consecutive days. During the same time I was shopping for a furnace. I am so happy I did not chose this company's furnace rental option. Clearly they do not care about their customers. I will be shopping for a new hot water tank very soon. Good riddance Reliance!

Stergios came on time to do the free maintenance work on my furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater. He found and fixed things that were not done in the past 7 years by others techs. Now it all works just fine. He also put me in touch with John (the Reliance adviser) with a view towards replacing part or all of the somewhat outdated furnace.

Customer Service was prompt. We had a serviceman (Steve) come out next day. Upfront, helpful, friendly. With their help/advice, we had a new rental within the week. Very happy with outcome.

Jessie came to the house and sold me a new furnace and AC, and had my water heater replaced at the same time at a good price. Leo & Matt showed up at 8.30 am sharp and they worked there buns off in replacing my old furnace and AC. They put down mats in the house and down the stairs, and cleaned up when they were finished. They did a super job.and were finished shortly after 1.00 pm The water heater showed up an hour later, and was put in in short order. Jessie phoned back to see how it went, and the was a first for me when a salesman called back after the work was done. All in all, I would recommend Reliance home comfort. Job Well Done.

Adam L. #1234 did an excellent job of our furnace repair. Repair was quick and efficient and Adam explained clearly about the repair and offered suggestions about preventative maintenance. Excellent customer service received from Adam.

First, I must compliment Reliance Home Comfort on their fine representation. Jill Taylor's presentation was thoroughly professional, informative and pleasant. With her help, Patricia and I were able to make a choice that perfectly suites our needs. We're delighted with the option of being able to rent and have Reliance Home Comfort maintain our heating and cooling equipment. We've been a long time client of this firm for water heater service so we know how well they look after customers. I was thrilled with the service I received from Reliance this week. The company was very quick in sending a technician to address the issue with my hot water tank. There was no cost since the service was covered by my plan. The technician, Joe Green, arrived within the time frame and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly identified the problem with the hot water tank and recommended a new one be installed (which is covered by my plan). He also provided very useful information about my furnace and air conditioning units, even though those were not the purpose of his visit. I would highly recommend you request Joe when calling Reliance with any problems related to your hot water tank, furnace, or A/C units.

Had a few quotes and Scott Donaldson of Reliance Home Comfort came through with the best mix of quality and price. They helped with the grant process for me and the work has been of high caliber. And I went with the Nest thermostat - that is one cool product. Follow up questions are immediately answered.
