Mr. Mark Botelho and his team installed our new furnace and air-conditioning unit this weekend and I am very please with the service. I highly recommend the skills, friendly and very professional service from Sauga Heating and Air.

Matt and Neil arrived early for the job which was great. They were soon faced with a ventilation dilemma which they were very determined to solve. And they did just that. Both young men were friendly and professional. I highly recommend these guys. 10/10 from me. Huge thank you (again).

Reliance was very prompt in sending Philip S to repair our water tank leak. Philip was knowledgeable and courteous. He called 15 min ahead before arriving on a Sunday morning.

Tom was super amazing definitely would recommend him to assess other family and friends super friendly and informative helps great experience overall will use him in the future really a good a person and joy to have help

Kevin & Steve where here when they said they would be. Kept us up on what they were doing, and answered any questions that we had. When they were done, other then the new equipment, you would never have known they had been some major work done in the house.

Terrible furnace. Failed on us two winters in a row. Terrible service. Took a week to resolve the problem both times. We were promised a nest thermostat and never got it. Most unreliable company. Most ironic name.

The service technician arrived on time; prepared to handle the situation. Though a repair was not completed he recommended exactly what was needed to resolve the problem which was an electrical switch malfunction. Adam L#1234 was thorough and polite in his customer interaction. Also, dispatcher Susan was extremely courteous and helpful when I called handling our situation promptly; resulting in a satisfied customer.

I was having problems with my mid-efficiency furnace and AC unit. Jeff Parsons paid me a visit and went over several solutions to would meet my needs. Very professional. Totally put me into a package that was perfect. Jeff made sure that my family would receive exactly what we would be paying for and he has made himself accessible to further help me with any inquiries that I have had. I may not have upgrade to a high efficiency unit if not for Jeff. Will save my family lots of money over the years. Would recommend Reliance to my friends for all of their home comfort needs and I would definitely recommend Jeff to be their advisor. Well Done Mr. Parsons. Thank you.

Furnace quit in the wee hours of the morning and we all woke up a lot earlier than planned as a result. Called Reliance and Gail was very quick, professional and understanding -she had a technician on site within 2 hours. A special note of recognition to Gabriel Fazzolari (the technician who came out to help) as he mirrored the professionalism and competence first noted with Gail and he had us fixed the same day within less than an hour. Very pleased with the service and the Reliance Support agreement I purchased initially!
