My furnace wasn't working. They sent someone out the next morning. The technician's name was Jason. He showed up on time. He explained things well and was very friendly and informative.

Tank not heating as of 7PM Sunday. Was told you don't work Sunday's. 24/7/365 only applies to call centre availability not repair service, so you should specify that. Tech Amber #1620 arrived shortly after 10AM. Was friendly, courteous and changed part in no time.

I booked routine furnace service for 2 locations about 5 minutes apart. When booking I asked to have them booked back to back and was told that cannot be done - it would likely be 2 different service people. (Seems silly to me but what do I know) I booked the first appointment in the 7:00 - 11:00 AM window. The service person arrive about 10:45 AM and about 5 minutes later I received a call to tell me he was running behind and would be about 30 minutes late - the guy standing infront of me must have been a figment of my imagination. I booked the second appointment for the 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM window. At 1:50 I received a call telling me the service person was running a few minutes late and would call when they were on the way. I called at 3:20 ( a long few minutes later) to see if they were still coming and was told they would be here at 4:10 (yes -that specific). At 4:20 I called again to see if they were coming and was told the service person was on the way. About 15 minutes later the service person called to say he was on the way but would be 30 minutes or so because he was coming from another town. About 5:20 PM - 3 hours and 20 minutes after the window closed the service person arrived. The 2 service people were pleasant and efficient BUT Reliance's appointment and scheduling is BAD at best and >>>>>> at worst. I found out after the fact even though I was given a window stating at 7:00 the service people come from a site 30 to 45 minutes driving time away and there is no way they would be at my home by 7:00 or close to it even if I was their 1st appointment. If you make an appointment with Reliance be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting. The guys are good when they get there but getting them there is a challenge.

I got hot water problems of my water tank, it was not been repaired properly last time. I called onside service again yesterday and Phil came over and did excellent job, nice and clean, Phil is a very knowledge person, and very professional. I am so happy to have him here to take of my home. By the way thanks also go to his colleague Sam. Good job guys.

Reliance technician Sam Demelo (#1382) was assigned to service the water heater at my home. He was prompt, courteous, resourceful and knowledgeable. He replaced the water heater motor in a quick and thorough manner. I was extremely pleased with his service and appreciated his thorough work. Thank you Sam!

Hot water tank stopped heating. Phoned Reliance on Saturday for service & tank was repaired before 8:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. Excellent service & recommendations from service tech (Jason Mitruk).

I found my furnace would not turn on and the house was down to 13 degrees. James was here within 2 hours and did a fabulous job. It was wonderful to have the heat on.

Joe D'Onofrio from Reliance Home Comfort came to my house to repair the furnace. He was able to determine the issue right away. He was very professional, quick, and polite. Thanks!

Purchased a new furnace , air conditioner, a-coil, humidifier & thermostat from Reliance home comfort and am very happy with their installation and performance of the units. Would highly recommend this company and Mr. James Barcelos (salesman), who was very friendly & knowledgeable when explaining the technical aspects of my home needs. He also followed up with an inspection during the installation to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
