    Repair or maintain heating system: Repair; Furnace heating

    A very prompt response, quick to arrive, quote and install new furnace (all same day). Very courteous staff. Highly recommend.

    Repair or maintain heating system: No problem - regular maintanance...

    Megacity was very professional. They were exceedingly prompt in arranging my furnace maintenance and then helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring when discovering I needed a new one immediately. Tony was excellent handling all my questions, Dave was provided all needed information and Mark and Glen worked tirelessly same day to install the new furnace and AC. Thank you and I highly recommend this company.

    Tony, Dave, and the team at Megacity are top notch. We had an emergency situation (gas leak in the house) that Megacity responded to with astonishing speed, flexibility, and absolute professionalism. A pleasure to work with, and they have a customer for life.

    Install or repair water heaters: Replacement; Storage tank

    The Megacity Team was responsive, affordable and provided great service to get the job done. Being a tight install space, the team helped to move a laundry tub out of the way to make room to bring in the new unit. The new unit is of great quality and the installation workmanship was done even better. They sourced and delivered the new better quality unit and hauled away the old one without any issues. Fantastic work! Thank you for your responsiveness and great work.

    Install or repair water heaters: Replacement; Storage tank

    Tony was nice enough to fit us in even though his techs were quite busy. Techs were neat and personable and arrived when scheduled. There was a slight bump in the road regarding a mixing valve for our hot water tank but Tony was quick to rectify the situation and had the guys back at our place within a couple of days to fix the problem. I can’t say enough good things about Tony and MegaCity.

    Good job from the team. Was a crawlspace and the team did a good job. No issues and everything delivered on time as promised.
