    Had new furnace and central AC unit installed

    Tony was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and on time. The extremely hard working and friendly technician Ram, did an amazing job for us. Tony worked with us to find what would work with our needs and our budget and there were no surprises. Everything went very smoothly and they were completed in a day. I would highly recommend Mega City Heating and AC LTD., and especially Tony and Ram, two very competent professionals.

    Mini split unit installation

    Tony and Ram installed a 12 000 BTU mini split unit in my condo apartment. Tony scheduled an appointment for installation very promptly and provided me with a great price. However, the split unit has been making rattling/whirring/clicking noises ever since installation, and they were not able to pinpoint and resolve the problem when I called them for service.

    Heating and air conditioning

    Mega city heating and air did not disappoint!! They where fast, polite and very helpful. During this heat wave they came to install the air conditioning and Furnace on the same day. We are very satisfied!!!

    Replaced A/C Unit

    Our A/C broke down in the 40 degree heatwave last week. I called Tony on Saturday, to come do a diagnostic. He was very transparent over the phone about the potential costs of repairing or replacing a unit. He came by on Sunday to do the diagnostic and confirmed we needed to replace our A/C unit. Tony and Ram installed the unit by Monday. Very prompt service. I was impressed that Tony was immediately responsive on the phone even during the weekend. This was especially important for us as we needed a new A/C unit ASAP. The install was completed on time and went smoothly. Tony and Ram were courteous and informative. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

    Great job with the new Furnace and AC

    Tony gave me a great quote for the new Ducane Furnace and AC. The install took the 5 hours that they estimated it would. I am now looking forward to the savings of not hearing the AC running all day trying to cool the house.

    Great Customer Service and Fast Installation

    We were extremely happy with the honesty and customer service provided by Mega City. They gave us really good advice on the type of AC unit we needed. The air conditioner at our investment property went down and it was 40 degrees Celsius. Tony and his team got a new conditioner installed the same day I called them and their pricing was very competitive. I’ll be using them again for other properties.

    New Furnace and A/C

    Tony was very clear explaining the problem I was having, in 30 min he call and found the new equipment and installed. Ram left everything tidy and running smoothly. 100% will recommend these guys to everybody.!

    Very happy!

    I posted a request for a quote on installation of a new AC unit and relocation to opposite side of the back deck. I received a very reasonable quote within an hour and was enjoying my new AC the following afternoon. Everyone involved was very pleasant and professional, I am very happy to know that I now have a reliable company to call if I need any other maintenance on my AC of furnace.     Furnace and Air install

    Hot Water Tank

    Tony and Ram where very friendly and professional and on time. Tony got back to me in 15mins from leaving a message. They where here the next day to fix the problem. Left things nice and tidy
