This is an exceptional Company in every respect. Don't hesitate, for one moment, to call them. I'm sorry there are only 10 stars on the satisfaction chart because they far exceed that rating. We just put in a new expensive kitchen & the entire project was ruined by a severely botched grout job adjoining the kitchen counters. Many of these tiles were small: 1" x 3".Ramiro & his assistant, Harold, worked tirelessly hand scraping out the old grout, replacing some of the tiles that had previously been chipped, & regrouting with Quartz Lock. From the moment I contacted Ramiro until the completion of the job, I was met with complete professionalism & competency. He was always accessible, called when he said he would, showed up when he said he would & priced the job estimate accurately. Most importantly, he did what he said he would do. Another thing, which relates to integrity, Ramerio will not bump you out of line for another customer. Your request for work comes in a certain order - the order as received - & he respects that order. He tells you when he can get to you & that's when he will get to you.
