originally when I spoke to romero I explained to him that my shower stall needed to be regrouted and caulked. when he arrived he explained to me that the walls and floor of my shower were damaged beyond repair. romero and Ronald tore out my shower and rebuild the entire shower stall including a poured concrete base, large white porcelain tiles , a new shower light and drain as well as new hardware and glass shower door. the job was very large but Ronald and romero completed it within the time frame they estimated it would take. Ronald and romero are courteous and professional individuals. they are perfectionists with the work they do. my shower looks incredible just like many I have used in 5 star hotels. also they did a few minor repairs for me in my other bathroom. I have never been more pleased with a project done in my home. I would definitely use tigro again and plan to have them resurface and polish my entire marble foyer. I am so thrilled with my master suite bathroom . I just can't say enough about romero and ronald's work ethic. they arrived each day by 9 a.m. and worked diligently throughout the day and often into the evening in order to get the job completed as they had promised. every day when we use our brand new shower we comment on how fantastic it looks.

We hired Ramiro to re-grout our kitchen and bathroom. He was very friendly and professional and did a fabulous job. Our kitchen and bathroom floors look like new. His team came on time and we didn't have to clean up after them. They left our place spotless. They stayed late to do the colorsealing as promised.

After contacting Ramiro for kitchen tile and shower cleaning, everything proceeded smoothly and the result was simply astonishing. The quality of the work is impeccable, very friendly and professional throughout the whole day. Work was done in the time that was quoted. Ramiro and Ronald did a fantastic job. Ramiro was very professional on the phone, described the work in detail, followed up with a written quote, and then followed through as quoted, both on price and delivery of the product. The shower looks AMAZING, better than new (builder had done a terrible job on the grout). Colour matching was perfect, and finish was smooth and perfect! The guys stayed late to ensure the job was done, including cleaning grout on the bathroom floors as promised. Really customer service oriented, and quality work. The only negative...we have to wait a week for the product to cure before we get to enjoy the use of our awesome shower!!!!

Ramiro and his wife are excellent at their job. We hired them to grout our master ensuite knowing there was a problem with water, we found a bigger issue than we had anticipated. Ramiro assured us that he could fix the problems and went above and beyond what was asked of him. He and his wife worked tirelessly for 12 straight hours and then returned to complete the job as well as some smaller jobs in our other bathrooms. They are very dedicated and professional. When the job was completed our shower looked new. Great company , great people. Highly recommended.

Ramiro and Ronald were prompt, professional and did a great job cleaning the dirty grout in my ensuite shower stall. They also replaced all the silicone and cleaned the glass and the frame. Ramiro gave me tips on how to maintain the grout and silicone to keep it looking nice. I would use their services again and would recommend them to others.

Ramiro and his staff came highly recommended by renovation contractors and I see why. Coming in at the tail end of a renovation, my floors were at their worst ever! Tigro was able to clean and restore my tiles in the kitchen, hallway and foyer! Now everything looks fresh and complete. I recommend Tigro to anyone that wants to give their floor a fresh look. They are professional, courteous, neat and trustworthy! Thank you sooo much!

Ramiro did a fantastic job repairing the tile tub/shower surround in our Thornhill rental condo. He accommodated my schedule (on very short notice) and was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation..he's truly one of the good ones

Ramiro runs a quality conscious company with superb workmanship. He is friendly and a pleasure to work with. We were very satisfied with the tile and grout cleaning he provided to our upper level suite of two bathrooms. He took enormous pride in delivering meticulous results and contributed additional time to provide excellent ideas & suggestions to help train us on how to properly maintain the tiles and grout in the years to come.
