recently moved into a home. soon realized that there was an animal in the attic. Gates came within 2-3 business days, and gave their honest opinion on how to fix the roof/who to call before they could come out again to give a quote and get rid of the squirrel problem. they finished the job, and came back out once more after at our request to ensure that the squirrel really had gone.
update: we kept hearing the squirrel and gates came out multiple times to say there was no way for a squirrel to gain access. they stated it might be mice. however, my husband eventually found the hole where the squirrel was coming into the house. gates then came and finished the job, they had found 2 more holes where the squirrel was coming in. hopefully this is the end of it.
